[摘    要]为了强化片烟物流管控，目前很多复烤企业在生产过程中使用了片烟物流跟踪系统，文章从探讨学习片烟物流跟踪系统的角度出发，分析了目前片烟物流跟踪系统在复烤车间生产操作中的应用。

[Abstract]In order to strengthen the management and control of sheet tobacco logistics， many redrying companies currently use the sheet tobacco logistics tracking system in the production process. This article analyzes the current sheet tobacco logistics tracking system from the perspective of studying the logistics tracking system of the sheet tobacco. 片烟作为卷烟生产的原料，在卷烟成品生产中起着至关重要的作用。为了规范企业片烟管理流程、建设企业片烟数字化仓库，目前很多复烤车间引入了片烟物流跟踪系统。该系统的应用，实现了片烟流通环节的打码、扫码监控，通过物流单据实现了片烟的流通批次化管理，为片烟物流追溯提供了数据信息，方便制丝车间投料生产时获取更为准确的片烟原料、流转、养护信息。

1 片烟物流跟踪系统在复烤车间的应用

1.1 片烟物流跟踪系统介绍

基于目前行业缺乏高效的物流管控、准确的物流追踪、完善的质量追溯手段和片烟管理存在的物料批次结构复杂、仓储片烟数量庞大、片烟醇化周期长等问题，引入了片烟物流跟踪系统。

1.1.1 片烟物流跟踪系统设计

片烟物流跟踪系统项目建设遵循行业CT155信息化规划总体要求，由行业层面统筹规划、顶层设计，行业与企业两级单位协同建设。根据行业的顶层设计，系统采用“两级平台、三层应用”的整体架构。

“两级平台”是指“行业应用系统”和“企业平台”。“三层应用”是指整个系统自上向下分为“行业层应用”“企业层应用”“现场作业执行层应用”。……
