[摘    要]随着社会经济的快速发展，我国自主研发的ARJ21-700支线客机投入运营及C919大型客机即将取证服役，但对于民用飞机在实际维修方面还有一定进步空间。在这样的背景下，相关部门和工作人员必须提高对民用飞机维修工作的重视，进一步强化民用飞机维修工作自身的可靠性，并对其进行相应的分析和研究，从而提高民用飞机维修工程中对重难点内容的重视程度，并采用先进的维修方式和技术，保证民用飞机维修工作水平的进一步提高。在整理了大量材料基础上，针对可靠性在民用飞机维修工作中的应用状况进行分析，并提出了相关建议，旨在供同行做参考和借鉴之用。

Application Analysis of Reliability in Civil Aircraft Maintenance Engineering

[Abstract]With the rapid development of society and economy， my country’s self-developed ARJ21-700 regional passenger aircraft is put into operation and the C919 large passenger aircraft is about to be certified for service. However， there is still room for improvement in the actual maintenance of civil aircraft. Therefore， the development of aviation industry has been affected. Certain restrictions. In this context， relevant departments and staff must pay more attention to civil aircraft maintenance work， further strengthen the reliability of civil aircraft maintenance work itself， and carry out corresponding analysis and research on it， so as to improve civil aircraft maintenance engineering. The importance of the important and difficult content， and the use of advanced maintenance methods and technologies， to ensure the further improvement of the level of civil aircraft maintenance. In view of this， on the basis of sorting out a large number of materials， the application status of reliability in civil aircraft maintenance work is analyzed， and relevant suggestions are put forward， which are intended to be used for reference and reference by peers.

要想保證民用飞机的正常运营，展开民用飞机维修工作就十分重要;而要想强化维修工作的效果，就需要相关部门和工作人员重视维修工作的可靠性。通过分析和研究可靠性进行，从而采取可靠性的维修技术，按照国家相关规定，对民用飞机维修工作流程进行控制，并结合实际情况和工作特点，建立一套科学合理的施工方案，尽可能减少维修工作的成本，保证维修工作的顺利展开，为民用飞机维修工作奠定坚实的基础。

1 民用飞机中可靠性理论的起源

维修理念是飞机发展的重要方向，它对于整个航空公司的发展和生产都有着重要的影响。事实上，最初的民用飞机维修理念是单一定时的维修理念，即在固定时间间隔内对飞机进行检查，对飞机出现的问题进行解决，但随着飞机制作技术的不断提高和大量新飞机的引进，这种理念对航空事业的发展带来了一定的影响。……
