[摘    要]文章主要介绍废水提升泵站的控制系统的PLC选型、硬件配置;介绍两用一备水泵循环控制，使3台水泵自动进入备用状态;工作泵事故时，备用泵自动投入;介绍根据液位变化控制水泵的运行数量，使废水提升泵站处于最佳运行状态;节约电能，节约生产运行成本。

[Abstract]The article mainly introduces the PLC selection and hardware configuration of the control system of the wastewater lifting pump station; introduces the dual-use and one standby water pump cycle control， so that 3 water pumps automatically enter the standby state; when a working pump accident occurs， the standby pump is automatically put into use; introduction basis Liquid level changes control the number of pumps in operation， so that the wastewater lifting pump station is in the best operating state; it saves electricity and saves production and operation costs.

1 控制系统设计

废水提升泵站采用计算机系统控制：系统由1套PLC控制站，1台操作员站及1台工业打印机组成;通过工业以太网将PLC控制站与操作员站、打印机连接起来;同时，废水处理中心的管理机也通过工业以太网连接在该系统。

1.1 PLC系统配置

废水提升泵站PLC控制配置：PLC采用西门子S7-300，CPU采用CPU315-2PN/DP，该CPU带有MPI/DP组合接口和工业以太网接口。其中，PLC由以下模块组成：

电源模块：6ES7307-1KA00-0AA0，DC24 V，10 A，同时为站内24 V仪表供电;

主机模块：6ES7315-2EH13-0AB0，1块，配2 M存储卡;

数字量输入模块：6ES7321-1BH02-0AA0，DC24 V，16点模块，3块;

模拟量输入模块：6ES7331-7KF02-0AB0，8点，4～20 mA，2块;

数字量输出模块：6ES7322-1BF01-0AA0，8点，DC24，2 A，继电器输出，1块;

通讯接口模块：CP341-1，1块;该模块主要用于PLC与全厂EMS（能源管理系统）系统通讯;

通过1根11槽的导轨（6ES7390-1AF30-0AA0），将所有模块连接起来。PLC输入输出见表1。

1.2 废水泵控制方案

废水提升泵站设有生活污水池、生产废水池;用于存储生产废水和生活污水;生产废水池尺寸为6 m×5 m×6 m（长×宽×深）;生活污水池尺寸为6 m×2.5 m×6 m;

将生产废水输送到废水处理中心，水泵运行有2种方案;
