[摘    要]物联网作为新兴的科学技术，能够最大程度改变民众的住宅质量与水平，给人们的生活带来较大的便利。电梯作为生活必不可缺的轨道交通工具，在物联网技术的发展趋势下也开始在智能化和信息化方向发展。本文主要从物联网技术的角度论述电梯智能化控制，文章分为三部分，第一部分论述物联网的概念以及电梯物联的发展情况，第二部分论述电梯物联网技术的应用;第三部分论述智能化电梯物联网系统的设计方案。

Analysis of Intelligent Control of Internet of Things Elevator

[Abstract]As an emerging science and technology， the Internet of things can change people's housing quality and level to the greatest extent and bring greater convenience to people's life. As an indispensable rail transit tool in life， elevator also began to develop in the direction of intelligence and informatization under the development trend of Internet of things technology. This paper mainly discusses elevator intelligent control from the perspective of Internet of things technology. The article is divided into three parts. The first part discusses the concept of Internet of things and the development of elevator Internet of things， and the second part discusses the application of elevator Internet of things technology; The third part discusses the design scheme of intelligent elevator Internet of things system.

我國国内的电梯市场保有量每年的增速在15%以上，全国的用存量电梯总数在700万台左右，居于世界前列[1]。与此同时，电梯的安全隐患也随之增加。根据相关研究显示，我国因电梯事故而造成的死亡率有明显上升，因电梯故障的发生频率一直居高不下，这会造成一定的安全隐患。近年来，老旧小区改造工作正如火如荼地开展，许多老旧小区也开始安装电梯以便利人们的生活，电梯的市场需求量巨大[2]。物联网被称为继互联网、计算机和移动通信之后的关于信息产业的又一革命性发展，与民众的生活有着密切的关系，可以促进民众生活水平的提升，满足民众对于智能家居日益增长的个性化需求和功能需求，从技术层面给民众提供更加舒适环保和安全高效的生活环境。基于此，将电梯智能化也成为物联网技术下改善民生的一个新的发展方向，以此实现国家更高层次的统一管理与信息共享[3]。……
