摘要：由于我国经济社会发展的迅速进步，城市的规模建设也在持续的扩大，在建设过程当中，对于城市需要进行合理的规划和利用，保证城市进行规划和发展的能够有序合理的进行，避免出现由于不合理规划造成混乱的情况。城市的规划工作在每个城市的发展中都占据重要的位置，所以在城市规划工作当中，应该合理的利用现有的资源，进行资源合理配置，发挥当前资源的最大利用率。还应对多方面因素进行考虑，需要结合目前的主要形式，并且结合未来的发展情况，进行合理规划。通过对三维模型对于城市发展的意义以及城市规划中三维模型的构建流程进行分析探讨，以寻求最有效的三维模型创建方法，推动城市的建设发展。

Abstract： due to the rapid progress of China's economic and social development， the scale construction of the city is also continuously expanding. In the construction process， the city needs to be reasonably planned and utilized to ensure that the planning and development of the city can be carried out orderly and reasonably， so as to avoid confusion caused by unreasonable planning. Urban planning plays an important role in the development of each city. Therefore， in urban planning， we should make rational use of existing resources， allocate resources reasonably， and give full play to the maximum utilization of current resources. Various factors should also be considered， and reasonable planning should be carried out in combination with the current main forms and future development. Through the analysis and discussion of the significance of three-dimensional model for urban development and the construction process of three-dimensional model in urban planning， in order to find the most effective three-dimensional model creation method and promote the construction and development of the city.

引言：由于我国国力不断的发展和进步，经济化发展进程的加快。城市越来越向规模化发展，所以对于城市的规划以及管理有着更高的要求。对于城市化建设中地理信息技术的应用被归类于三维空间信息。在与传统的平面二维的表现形式进行对比后不难发现，三维模型对于空间的分析能力更加明显，能够让空间内的事物更加明显清晰的显现出来。随着在当今时代总GIS的广泛应用，人们在进行城市规划和管理的过程中开始越来越广泛的使用地理信息技术。构建城市建设的三维模型，从而让城市规划设计方案能够更加的直观可视化。打破了传统二维平面设计，仅仅是将城市规划画在稿纸上或者是图片中，所以三维模型对于城市化的发展有着重要的研究意义。……
