摘要：现阶段我国的经济实力得到了大幅度的增长，这也促使建筑行业进入了发展的高峰期，随着现在建筑领域工程项目的逐渐增多，带动了建筑行业的向上发展，但是随着发展速度的加快，建筑工程的项目管理也面临着巨大的挑战。现在的建筑施工基本上都涉及到了交叉作业与协调合作，如果在进行施工时没有做好相应的管理，就会影响施工的完工日期，严重的甚至会影响到施工的质量。针对这种现象，就要对施工中的管理问题进行解决。

引言：

现在随着国家的不断发展，城市发展的速度也得到了提升，而城市的建设事业也得到了快速的发展，各种项目工程接踵而至。对于项目工程来讲，现场的项目管理直接影响着施工的效率，也对项目的质量以及完工日期有着一定的影响。但是现在的很多建筑工程中，对于项目的管理较为松懈，在进行施工时不重视项目的管理，只在乎项目的完成情况，而且对于项目管理的相关制度也不够完善，将项目管理的作用忽视掉了。

一、建筑工程项目存在的问题

（一）项目管理

1.安全问题：在现在的建筑工程中，施工人员大部分是文化程度较低的人员，他们在进行施工时本身的能力有限，安全意识不够，对于一些管理的规章制度经常是忽略的，在进行高空作业的时候，常常不在乎安全设施，使得在施工中经常会出现一些安全性的事故。……
