摘 要：随着能源问题的日益严峻，以及环境污染的日益严重，全球主要国家都对新型能源展开了深入的研究。电动汽车作为传统汽车的替代品采用了电能作为驱动能源，具有节约能源、零污染排放，操控性好等优点，受到人们的普遍青睐。电动汽车大规模投入应用，电动汽车充电服务优化越来越重要。从充电服务一体化角度出发，以互联网和大数据技术为核心，采用了自适应解析算法、充电导引技术实现运营管理的智能化和信息化，该平台的建设为电动车用户提供了智能的充电服务，实现了充电设施与用户间的信息交互，有效推动了电动车的广泛应用，提高了充电服务的高效性和便捷性。

Abstract：With the increasingly serious energy problem and the increasingly serious environmental pollution， major countries around the world have carried out in-depth research on new energy sources. As a substitute for traditional cars， electric vehicles use electric energy as a driving energy source， which has the advantages of energy saving， zero pollution emissions， good handling， and so on. Thus electric vehicles are generally favored by people. In addition， with the large-scale application of electric vehicles， the optimization of electric vehicle charging service is becoming more and more important. Starting from the perspective of charging service integration， and with the Internet and big data technology as the core， the adaptive analytical algorithm and charging guidance technology are used to achieve intelligent and information-based operation management. The construction of the platform provides intelligent charging services for electric vehicle users， realizes the information interaction between charging facilities and users， effectively promotes the wide application of electric vehicles， and improves the efficiency and convenience of charging services.

0 引言

如今全球環境问题不断受到社会各界的广泛关注，传统能源逐渐被新能源替代，电动汽车得到了大力发展和广泛应用。由于其发展形成了一定的规模，导致充电设施不能满足其发展需求，从而引起供需不平衡，与之配套的设施不完善，这些限制了电动汽车的发展。因此通过对充电设施进行一体化业务管理可以有效解决上述问题[1]。

随着近几年电动汽车的迅速发展，与之配套的充电设施在国家相关政策的引导和支持下也随之增加，目前正在全国范围内覆盖。但对于分布式充电设施存在分布不均、各设备间无法实现互联、支付繁琐、用户体验差等问题，严重影响运营管理水平。……
