摘 要：探討辛基氰基丙酸酯组织粘合剂（Dermabond）和传统缝线缝合作用于外科手术切口的愈合效果。选取院接诊的外科手术患者100例，随机分为对照组和观察组。两组手术后均常规缝合皮下组织，对照组患者手术切口采用传统缝线缝合，观察组患者手术切口采用Dermabond皮肤粘合剂粘合皮肤切口。结果表明：观察组切口闭合时间更短，愈合更快;术后1周切口护理费用更便宜。观察组外科手术术后，皮肤切口皮肤红肿率，术后5 d伤口疼痛率、瘢痕形成发生率同比对照组明显下降（P<0.05）。观察组切口愈合等级更高，无丙级，甲级率为97.3%;对照组甲级率为72.8%。观察组切口美观总满意度明显高于对照组（P<0.05），观察组为97.2%，对照组为64.9%。Dermabond皮肤粘合剂较传统缝线缝合用于外科手术切口愈合效果优良，术后切口愈合时间缩短，减少1周切口护理费用，术后并发症降低（皮肤红肿、术后5 d伤口疼痛、疤痕形成等）;切口愈合等级高，切口美观满意度高。

Observation on the Healing Effect of Dermabond Skin Adhesive on Surgical Incision

Abstract：To explore the healing effect of Dermabond skin adhesive and traditional suture on surgical incisions， there are 100 surgical patients selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group. After surgery， subcutaneous tissue in both groups are sutured in the customary manner. The surgical incisions of patients in the control group are sutured with traditional stitches， and the surgical incisions of patients in the observation group are bonded with Dermabond skin adhesive. The results show that the incision closure time in the observation group is shorter， and the incision heals faster. In addition， the postoperative incision nursing cost of one week is cheaper. Compared with the control group， After the surgical operation， the rate of skin incision redness and swelling of the patients in the observation group， pain rate and the incidence of scar formation of 5 d wound decrease significantly （P<0.05）. For incision healing grade， there is no grade C for patients in the observation group， and the grade A rate is 97.3%， which is higher than that in control group. The grade A rate of control group is 72.8%. For the overall aesthetic satisfaction of incisions， the observation group is significantly higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）， which is 97.2% in the observation group and 64.9% in the control group. Therefore， Dermabond skin adhesive has a better healing effect than traditional suture for surgical incisions， in which the postoperative incision healing time is shortened， the incision nursing cost of one week is reduced. Moreover， postoperative complications are reduced （skin redness and swelling， pain and scar formation of postoperative 5d wound， etc.）; incision healing grade and aesthetic satisfaction of incision are high.

随着经济的飞速发展，我国已经进入了小康社会。人们开始关注自身健康并有更高的审美要求。根据统计分析，约12.4%以上的外科手术具有多种手术并发症，如切口愈合差、瘢痕形成、术后感染、疼痛等问题[1]。外科手术切口愈合的方法经历了一段演变过程。最原始的工具是传统的医用真丝编织线，这种丝线韧性强，不易断裂。临床医生经过不断的总结经验及教训，开发出多种缝合线。……
