摘 要 文章详细解读了ACRL《2020年高校图书馆发展大趋势》报告所提出的9项发展趋势，具体包括：变革管理，不断发展的图书馆集成系统，学习分析，机器学习和人工智能，开放获取转变与变革，研究数据服务发展和伦理问题，社会正义、批判图书馆学和批判数字教育学，流媒体，学生幸福感。结合我国高校图书馆的实际情况，提出我国高校图书馆的发展建议，即积极实施组织变革、建设新一代图书馆服务平台、推进人工智能应用、关注大学生心理健康问题。

Abstract This paper gives a detailed interpretation of the nine development trends proposed in ACRL 2020 Top Trends in Academic Libraries， including： change management， evolving integrated library systems， learning analytics， machine learning and AI， open access： transitions and transformations， research data services： ethics and maturation， social justice， critical librarianship， and critical digital pedagogy， streaming media， student wellbeing. Combining with the actual situation of university libraries in China， it puts forward some suggestions， such as actively implementing organizational changes， building a new generation library service platform， promoting artificial intelligence applications， and paying attention to college students’ mental health issues.

0 引言

美國大学与研究图书馆协会（Association of College and Research Libraries，ACRL）下属的研究规划与评估委员会（Research Planning and Review Committee）主要负责对高校图书馆、高等教育环境以及政治、经济、人口等更广阔的外部环境进行持续、动态的跟踪和扫描，提供年度环境扫描“快照”，并于隔年6月向协会提交《高校图书馆发展大趋势》报告，为美国高校图书馆制定发展规划提供参考[1]。自2010年起，每两年发布一次的ACRL《高校图书馆发展大趋势》报告，总结了影响高校图书馆及高等教育发展的最新趋势，对于高校图书馆发展战略和服务规划的制定都具有重要的指导意义，在业界引起了广泛关注和讨论。最新的ACRL《2020年高校图书馆发展大趋势》报告已在该协会的官方出版物《大学与研究图书馆新闻》2020年第6期上正式发布[2]。

ACRL《高校图书馆发展大趋势》系列报告为观察和思考我国高校图书馆的发展提供了有益参考，在国内图书馆界亦引起不小的关注。……
