【摘要】目的：分析品管圈对肿瘤患者居家口服化疗药物的依从性影响。方法：选取90例肿瘤患者临床资料，分为两组，两组患者均居家口服化疗药物，对照组45例行常规护理，研究组45例开展品管圈活动，观察两组患者服药依从性以及满意度情况。结果：干预后，研究组服药依从66.67%，对照组依从51.11%，研究组服药总依从率95.56%高于对照组77.78%（P<0.05）;研究组临床满意度97.78%高于对照组82.22%（P<0.05）。结论：品管圈对肿瘤患者居家口服化疗药物的依从性影响较大，可提高患者服药的依从率，增强护理满意度。

Influence ofQuality Control Circle on Compliance ofCancer Patients with Oral Chemotherapy Drugs at Home

[Abstract] Objective： To analyze the influence of quality control circle on the compliance of cancer patients with oral chemotherapy at home. Methods： The clinical data of 90 cancer patients were selected and divided into two groups. Both groups of patients received oral chemotherapy at home. The control group received routine care for 45 patients and the study group received 45 patients. Quality control circle activities， observe the medication compliance and satisfaction of the two groups of patients. Results： After the intervention， the study groups medication compliance was 66.67%， and the control groups compliance was 51.11%. The total medication compliance rate of the study group was 95.56% higher than that of the control group 77.78%（P<0.05）; the clinical satisfaction degree of the study group was 97.78% higher than that of the control group 82.22%（P<0.05）. Conclusion： The quality control circle has a greater impact on the compliance of cancer patients with oral chemotherapy drugs at home， which can increase the compliance rate of patients with medication and enhance nursing satisfaction.

品管圈簡称 QCC 活动，指为处理问题、增强工作的整体效率，由相近、相同或者互补的人员自发组合成一个小的团体，且各个成员进行分工合作，采用愉快轻松管理方式以尊重人格为基础开展工作[1]。本文选取90例肿瘤患者的临床资料，分析品管圈对肿瘤患者居家口服化疗药物的依从性影响，报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料本研究经医学伦理会批准，患者签署知情同意书，选取2019年2月～2020年2月本院收治的90例肿瘤患者临床资料，随机分为两组，对照组45例，男性25例，女性20例，年龄42～77岁，平均（58.48±6.53）岁;研究组45例，男性26例，女性19例，年龄43～78岁，平均（59.46±6.68）岁，两组基线资料比较差异在统计学上无意义（P>0.05），具可比性。

1.2方法 （1）对照组患者居家口服化疗药物及采取常规护理，（2）研究组在对照组的基础上实施品管圈活动：①设定圈名：将其设为“希望圈”，意义在促使护理管理的效果可以达到患者满意。②组成圈员：按照自愿参与的原则成立品管圈，其中设1名圈长，5名圈员，护士长担任督导员，根据头脑风暴选定提升肿瘤患者居家口服化疗药物依从性的问题。③……
