摘  要：虚拟现实技术（Virtual reality technology，简称“VR”）是计算机技术和仿真技术相结合的一种新兴技术，利用计算机生成一种模拟环境，使用户沉浸到该环境中。在军事、医学、教育等领域应用广泛。虚拟现实技术凭借其多感知性、交互性、沉浸感等特性，能模拟真实环境或事物并呈现给用户，达到沉浸效果。对于体育教学与训练而言，同样可通过VR技术的运用强化教学效果。基于此，本文首先介绍了VR技术的相关内容，分析了体育教学与训练引入虚拟现实技术的必要性，并结合相关实践经验，分别从模拟运动场景、突破时空限制等多个角度与方面，深入探讨了VR技术在体育教学及训练中应用的可行性，望对体育教学相关工作的开展有所裨益。

Abstract： Virtual Reality Technology （VR） is an emerging technology combining computer technology and simulation technology. It uses computer to generate a simulation environment and immerse users in the environment. It is widely used in military， medical， educational and other fields. Virtual reality technology can simulate the real environment or things and present users to achieve the immersion effect by virtue of its features such as multi-perception， interaction and immersion. For physical education teaching and training， the application of VR technology can also enhance the teaching effect. Based on this， this article first introduces the related contents of VR technology， analyzes the necessity of introducing virtual reality technology into sports teaching and training， and combining the related practice experience， respectively from the scenario simulation movement， break through multiple angles and aspects， such as the constraints of time and space went into depth on the VR technology in sports teaching and training the feasibility of the application， hope useful for physical education related work.

随着国家教育教学事业改革的持续深化，对体育教学与训练提出了更为严格的要求，需要持续不断创新教学理念，优化教学方法，提高教学质量。VR技术的出现，为提高体育教学及训练效果提供了更为丰富的技术手段，必须予以高度重视并深化运用，本文就此展开了探讨。

1  VR技术概述

当前，现代化科学技术发展势头迅猛，催生出了VR技术等一系列实践性较强的科学技術方法，并被广泛应用于社会各行业。VR技术具有显著的交互性、沉浸性、仿真性等优势特征，可真实地模拟虚拟世界，在虚拟世界中获得感官体验。实践表明，VR技术可有效促进多领域协调发展，通过采用一系列传感集成硬件设备，模拟特定场景，将传感器采集到的数据信息向后台传递，进行融合处理后形成虚拟环境，实现人在物理环境中感知虚拟空间，获得交互体验。……
