【摘要】 目的：探讨适用于PIVAS（静脉药物调配中心）配置室工作人员的可靠管理模式。方法：选取2017年1月-2018年4月笔者所在医院工作的PIVAS配置室工作人员44例为研究对象，将其随机分成研究组和对照组，每组22例。对照组给予常规管理模式，研究组给予人性化管理模式。对两组实施不同管理模式前后感染防控意识和行为评分进行观察和比较。结果：管理前两组感染防控意识和行为评分比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;管理后研究组感染防控意识和行为评分均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：人性化管理模式的实施能够提升PIVAS配置室工作人员感染防控意识改善防控行为，是实施管理过程中的理想方法之一。

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the reliable management mode for PIVAS （pharmacy intravenous admixture services） workers. Method： A total of 44 PIVAS room staff working in the author's hospital from January 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the subjects of the study， they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group， with 22 cases in each group. The control group was given the conventional management mode， and the study group was given the humanized management mode. The awareness and behavior scores of infection prevention and control were observed and compared between the two groups before and after implementing different management modes. Result： There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of infection prevention and control awareness and behavior between the two groups before management （P>0.05）. After management， the scores of infection prevention and control awareness and behavior in the study group were higher than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The implementation of humanized management mode can enhance the awareness of infection prevention and control of PIVAS workers and improve the prevention and control behavior， which is one of the ideal methods in the implementation of management.

PIVAS（靜脉药物调配中心）配置室工作人员与临床直接接触患者的医护工作者相比，其临床感染的风险较低[1]。这在一定程度上容易引起PIVAS配置室工作人员在思想上出现的侥幸心理，对于医院常见的感染因素重视不足，感染防控意识低下，从而在行为上进一步导致其感染防控技能不足，最终反而增加了其在工作过程中遭受感染的风险[2]。鉴于此，为探讨适用于PIVAS配置室工作人员的可靠管理模式，以改善其感染防控意识及行为，本研究选取2017年1月-2018年4月在笔者所在医院工作的PIVAS配置室工作人员为研究对象，进行了以下比较研究和报道。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2017年1月-2018年4月笔者所在医院工作的PIVAS配置室工作人员44例。纳入标准：（1）入院工作2年以上;（2）于PIVAS配置室工作时间满1年以上;（3）取得相关任职资质证书。排除……
