摘要：变电站是电网系统的重要组元之一，传统变电站依赖人工，可靠性差，无法满足电网系统的智能化要求。因此建立一个具有智能识别分析能力的现代化变电站，实现对电网系统的智能监控和管理，保障电网系统运行的安全性、可靠性，成为电力系统研究领域的一个重要课题。在调研了国内外研究工作基础上，阐述总结了智能监控系统在现代变电站中的应用。根据国内变电站的实际情况，分别从设备仪表监控、非法入侵监控、作业人员行为规范监控等方面进行分类讨论，总结了智能视频监控技术在变电站中的应用，提出了现代变电站建设的一个可行方式。

0引言

电网智能化建设是国家近几年重点推行的项目，变电站作为电网系统中最关键的环节之一，随着国家电网的全面升级，变电站的智能化升级建设势在必行[1]。传统变电站的监控系统需要工作人员持续进行观察，遇到问题需要人工干涉处理，无法实现电网的智能化管理[2]。基于此现状，将视频自动识别技术和计算机信息处理技术纳入现代电网监控系统中，实现对电网的智能监控和管理，是电网智能化建设的重要方向。该文对现代变电站所需视频监控系统的发展现状和方向进行分析，重点对国内外现有视频识别技术进行对比讨论，进而对现代变电站的智能化建设方向进行总结。……
