文章摘要：道德教育在培养大学生全面发展的过程中具有十分重要的作用。当前社会基本国情和社会发展，构建社会主义和谐社会、建设社会主义文化强国，培养高素质人才、实施人才强国战略需要加强大学生道德教育。新时代大学生道德教育出现品德教育和社会实际彼此脱离、以及大学生品德教育与大学生实际生活脱节、大学生道德行为与道德认知脱节等问题。为此，要树立以大学生为主体的道德教育理念，不断完善大学生道德教育的内容和培养方式，改进大学生道德教育方式方法、实现德育手段多样化。

Research on the countermeasures of moral education of college students in the new era

Abstract：Moral Education plays a very important role in the process of training college students to develop in an all-round way. At present， the basic national conditions and social development， the construction of a harmonious socialist society， the construction of a strong socialist culture， the training of high-quality personnel， the implementation of the strategy of talent power needs to strengthen the moral education of college students. The moral education of college students in the new era has some problems， such as the separation of moral education from social reality， the separation of moral education from college students'real life and the separation of moral behavior from moral cognition. Therefore， we should set up the idea of moral education with college students as the main body， constantly improve the content and training methods of college students'moral education， improve the methods and methods of college students'moral education， and realize the diversification of moral education means.

由于大學生的成长规律、人生际遇、生活经历以及政治立场的不同，使得他们在不同的社会环境中的道德水平也大相径庭。目前我国大学生道德教育环境错综复杂，因此，针对大学生实施的道德教育方式也应当做出相应的调整，正因如此，也为高校德育工作者开展德育工作提出了新的要求。高校德育工作者在开展政治教育时，必须充分了解学生的道德水平，突出问题导向，积极研究与探索学生在道德表现上的突出问提、以及新时期的道德情况，在充分了解的基础上做出准确的判断。与此同时，新时代高校思想政治教育工作者，务必要将学生的思想道德教育工作放在首位。强化问题意识，把思想政治教育工作与高校立德树人的整体规划相结合，紧密围绕学生、关照学生、服务学生，把解决思想道德教育问题同解决社会实际问题相结合，因地制宜，因材施教。……
