【摘 要】目的：研究胶州市胶北镇卫生院呼吸内科住院患者药物临床应用情况分析。方法：采用回顾性调查方法，对2016年1月1日～2019年9月30日入住吸内科患者中随机抽取200例进行调查。通过病例资料和患者抗菌药物临床应用进行统计学分析。结果：在200例患者中，基本全部使用抗菌药物，临床使用率高达96%，其中一联用药128例使用率64&，二联用药46例使用率27%，三联用药14例使用7%，四联及以上用药4例使用率2%，未使用抗菌药物8例占4%。细菌送检率93%，抗菌药物使用时间3至29天，抗菌药物使用种类包含青霉素类、头孢菌素类、四环素类、氯霉素类，大环内酯类等。结论：我院呼吸内科抗菌药物使用率较高，存在不合理用药现象，我院应加强抗菌素药物在临床上的应用，提高抗菌药物的应用。

【Abstract】Objective： To study the clinical application of Medicine in patients with respiratory medicine in Jiabei Town Health Hospital of Jiaozhou City.Methods： Application of retrospective survey methodology .To investigate the random selection of 200 cases from January 1， 2016 to September 30， 2019. Through case data and clinical application of antimicrobial drugs in patients， statistical analysis was carried out.Results： Of the 200 patients， basically all use antimicrobial drugs， the clinical use rate is as high as 96 %， of which 128 cases of combined drug use use 64 & amp; The use rate of secondary drugs was 27 % in 46 cases， 7 % in 14 cases in 3 cases， 2 % in 4 cases in 4 cases and above， and 8 cases without antibacterial drugs accounted for 4 %. The bacterial inspection rate is 93 %， and the antimicrobial drug use time is 3 to 29 days. Conclusion： The use of antimicrobial drugs in the Department of respiratory medicine in our hospital is high， and there are unreasonable drug use phenomena. Our hospital should strengthen the clinical application of antimicrobial drugs and improve the application of antimicrobial drugs.

1 資料与方法

1.1资料

查阅我院院呼吸内科2016年1月1日至2019年9月30日治疗的呼吸系统疾病患者200例，患者年龄8岁至89岁，平均年龄52岁;体重36Kg-95kg;女性患者73例，占比36.5%;男性患者127例，占比63.5%。平均住院时间12天，抗菌药物应用最长29天，最短3天，主要疾病包含支气管扩张性肺炎、普通肺炎、支气管哮喘并感染。此外，患者需要填写登记表，统计表包含以下内容：患者的基本情况及疾病情况，包含姓名、性别、年龄、住院时间、疾病诊断、化验结果、细菌学检查、药敏试验、药物用法用量、用药途径及联合用药情况、治疗效果、不良反应等信息。

1.2研究方法 采用回顾性数据分析方法，对患者临床使用抗菌药物，录入我院数据库系统，采取数据时以平均值标示，计数资料以百分比表示。……
