【摘 要】目的：对在肋骨骨折内固定术患者中应用综合护理干预的效果进行研究。方法：选择我院收治的80例实施肋骨骨折内固定术的患者作为研究对象，按照硬币法将其划分为综合护理组和常规护理组，每组各有40例。采用不同护理方式对两组予以护理，对两组患者的护理效果进行观察和比较。结果：综合护理组的胸管留置时间、住院时间以及疼痛评分均明显优于常规护理组，两组比较经过检验（P<0.05）。结论：针对肋骨骨折患者实施综合护理干预可以有效减少其胸管留置时间和疼痛评分，缩短住院时间。

【Abstract】Objective： To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with rib fracture internal fixation. Methods： Eighty patients who underwent rib fracture internal fixation were enrolled in our hospital. They were divided into comprehensive nursing group and routine nursing group according to the coin method， with 40 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with different nursing methods， and the nursing effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results： The chest tube indwelling time， hospitalization time and pain score of the comprehensive nursing group were significantly better than the conventional nursing group. The comparison between the two groups was tested （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with rib fractures can effectively reduce chest tube indwelling time and pain scores and shorten hospital stay.

肋骨骨折患者往往合并出現创伤性窒息、心脏亚赛、肺挫伤和血气胸等，极大地影响到了患者的身体健康和生活质量[1]。现阶段，内固定术在临床上是治疗肋骨骨折常用的手术方式，其具有较好的效果，同时需要做好对患者的护理工作，确保手术效果，促进患者的术后康复。基于此，本文选择我院收治的实施肋骨骨折内固定术患者作为研究对象，对在肋骨骨折内固定术患者中应用综合护理干预的效果进行了研究。

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选择我院收治的80例实施肋骨骨折内固定术的患者作为研究对象，选取时间段为2018年5月到2019年4月，按照硬币法将其划分为综合护理组和常规护理组，每组各有40例。在伦理委员会批准的前提下，本次研究得以展开，所有患者均对本次研究知晓同意，并且自愿参与。综合护理组中有12女，28例男，年龄在58岁到21岁之间……
