【摘 要】目的：对冠心病伴恶性室性心律失常患者采用小剂量胺碘酮治疗的效果进行探究。方法：选择我院收治的冠心病伴恶性室性心律失常患者72例作为本次研究纳入的对象，按照随机数字表法将这些患者划分为常规组与研究组，每组各有36例患者。采用不同方式对两组患者进行治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：研究组的总有效率与常规组比较明显更高，比较结果经统计学检验显示为（P<0.05）。不良反应率则无明显差异，比较结果经统计学检验显示为（P>0.05）。结论：针对冠心病伴恶性室性心律失常患者采用小剂量胺碘酮辅助治疗具有很好的效果。

【Abstract】 Objective：  To explore the effect of low-dose amiodarone on patients with coronary heart disease and malignant ventricular arrhythmias. Methods：  Seventy-two patients with coronary heart disease and malignant ventricular arrhythmias treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects included in this study. These patients were divided into the conventional group and the study group according to the random number table method， with 36 patients in each group. The two groups of patients were treated in different ways， and the treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared. Results：  The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group， and the comparison results showed that the comparison was statistically significant （P <0.05）. There were no significant differences in adverse reaction rates， and the comparison results showed that statistically （P> 0.05）. Conclusion： Adjuvant therapy with low-dose amiodarone is effective for patients with coronary heart disease and malignant ventricular arrhythmias.

在臨床中冠心病是一种常见的心血管疾病，该病常常伴有室性心律失常，会引起患者的室性心动速度异常加快，加大了患者的心肌耗氧量，在严重的情况下会造成其发生心衰和猝死，所以必须要采取及时有效地治疗措施对冠心病伴恶性室性心律失常患者进行治疗和干预，挽救患者的生命，保证其身体健康[1]。对此，本文特选择我院收治的相关病例，分析并研究了冠心病伴恶性室性心律失常患者采用小剂量胺碘酮辅助治疗的效果。

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料
