摘 要：本文结合工程实例，从原材部件构造、锚贴安装、质量控制要点等方面细致分析了外墙面装修用保温装饰一体板的材料优势、施工工艺、质量保证方法和完工效果测评等。原材的设计生产、施工安装过程控制本就是个系统性工程，共同成就了其各项优点与效用，切实体现了装配节能、绿色环保安全的理念。

Abstract： Based on the engineering examples， this paper analyzed the material advantages， construction technology， quality assurance methods， and evaluation of completion effects of the thermal insulation and decoration integrated board for exterior wall decoration from the aspects of raw material component construction， anchor installation， and quality control points. The design and production of raw materials， and the control of construction and installation processes are systemic projects， which have jointly achieved their advantages and effects， and have effectively embodied the concepts of assembly energy saving， green environmental protection and safety.

绿水青山就是金山银山，环保与绿色节能已经成为我国房屋建筑的重要评价指标。当前，我国正在大力建设美丽中国，这对建筑业提出了更高的要求，建筑用材尤其是装修材料不仅要满足基本功能，实用美观，更要节能、环保[1-3]，新型一体化的保温装饰外墙板应运而生。

1 保温装饰一体板的构造及其与传统保温形式相比的比较优势

1.1 构造

如图1所示，保温装饰一体板是粘贴、锚固在建筑外墙面上的起保温与装饰作用的一体化材料，其由粘结层、一体化成品板、锚固配件、用于密封的材料等构成[4-6]。面板为硅酸钙板、纤维水泥板，保温层材料有岩棉、聚苯板、擠塑板和聚氨酯等。

1.2 优势及特点

1.2.1 过去常用的外墙保温做法。传统的外墙保温方式效果较差，施工后会产生脱落、开裂分层、渗漏变形等问题，甚至会不定时从墙面坠落，给居民造成安全威胁。同时，其表面很难进行高档装饰施工，如贴挂石材、涂刷氟碳漆和金属漆，总会存在色差、不平整，观感总不能令人满意，而且起皮开裂等情况难以避免。……
