机电一体化技术在煤矿机械中的应用研究

摘 要:随着社会的发展,人们对能源的要求愈来愈高。我国地域辽阔,煤炭资源丰富,能够很好地满足社会发展需要,但是如何安全开采煤炭,提高煤矿开采效率需要深入研究,傳统的煤矿开采已经无法满足社会需求。近年来,自动化技术在断发展,机电一体化技术随之出现,被应用到各行各业并取得良好的效果。机电一体化技术可以应用到煤矿机械中,减少安全事故发生率,提高开采效率。本文分析了机电一体化技术在煤矿机械中的应用,以期提升煤矿机械应用水平和煤矿开采效率,从而更好地满足煤矿开采需求,提高社会效益与经济效益。

Abstract: With the development of society, people have higher and higher requirements for energy. China has a vast territory and abundant coal resources, which can well meet the needs of social development, but how to mine coal safely and improve the efficiency of coal mining requires in-depth research, traditional coal mining can no longer meet social needs. In recent years, automation technology has been developing steadily, and mechatronics technology has emerged, which has been applied to various industries and achieved good results. Mechatronics technology can be applied to coal mining machinery to reduce the incidence of safety accidents and improve mining efficiency. This paper analyzed the application of mechatronics technology in coal mining machinery to improve the level of coal mining machinery application and coal mining efficiency, so as to better meet the needs of coal mining and improve social and economic benefits.

机电一体化技术是一项先进的综合性技术,在生产制造业中被广泛应用,同时该技术也应用于煤矿开采中。随着电子技术的发展,传统的煤矿开采已经不能满足煤矿企业的发展要求,其存在众多安全隐患,煤矿安全事故频发,给矿工带来严重的安全威胁。机电一体化技术可以应用到煤矿机械中,提高工作效率和煤矿企业经济效益,降低工人劳动强度,保证工人安全。

1 机电一体化技术概述

机电一体化技术融合多种单一技术,目前正在朝智能化、微型化和系统化的方向发展,通过结合电子技术、智能技术等实现多种技术的联合控制。机电一体化技术应用到煤矿机械中,可以实现对煤矿机械的控制,达到安全开采的目的,有效降低工人劳动时间和压力,当发生安全事故时,还能保障救援人员安全。……
