【摘 要】目的：探讨对痰热咳嗽患者运用龙胆泻肝汤加减用药的临床效果。方法：选择我院2019年1月至2019年12月诊治痰热咳嗽患者计200例，随机分为常规方案治疗对照组（n=100）与采用龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗实验组（n=100），对比临床效果。结果：实验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，P<0.05，症状积分低于对照组，P<0.05。结论：对痰热咳嗽患者采用龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗效果理想，可明显缩短患者临床治愈时间，值得在临床中广泛应用。

【Abstract】 Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Longdan Xiegan Decoction on the patients with phlegm heat cough. Methods： from January 2019 to December 2019， 200 patients with phlegm heat cough were randomly divided into two groups： control group （n = 100） and experimental group （n = 100）. Results： the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P < 0.05）， and the symptom score was lower than that of the control group （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： the therapeutic effect of Longdan Xiegan Decoction for phlegm heat cough is ideal， which can shorten the clinical cure time of patients， and is worthy of wide application in clinical.

痰热咳嗽属于肺病科常见病，典型表现为咳嗽痰多黄稠、舌红苔黄、脉弦数。对于本病一般多采用清热化痰止咳方剂治疗，但效果仍然不够理想。为探究更为有效的治疗方案，本次研究从清肝肃肺、止咳化痰、通调水道角度入手，以我院收治痰热咳嗽患者为研究对象，对比分析了常规方案治疗（采用清金化痰汤加减）与采用龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗的临床效果，现报告如下。

1 确定本次临床观察由来

曾治疗一例痰热咳嗽患者，女，24岁，教师，平素体质好。因感冒后咳嗽痰多黄稠到当地卫生院治疗，卫生院医生给予抗生素输液治疗（具体药物不详）及中药口服治疗一周无效，延余就诊，余察其咳嗽痰多黄稠，胸闷心烦，口干口苦，舌红边尤甚，苔黄厚腻，脉弦数有力。辨证属肝火犯肺之咳嗽，用龙胆泻肝汤加清热止咳化痰药治疗，未用其他药物，三剂而愈。半年后本人亦因感冒，初恶风，微汗出，头昏痛，流清涕量多，不咳，舌紅苔薄白，脉浮，服“复方氨酚烷胺片”后感冒症状渐轻，2天后转为咳嗽痰多黄稠，咳引胸痛，口干，舌红苔微黄，脉……
