【摘 要】目的：对比分析常规生化仪、快速血糖仪的血糖检验价值。方法：本次调查，以随机的方式选取2018年6月-2019年6月期间于我院进行临床血糖检查的患者作为本次调查的对象，根据随机数字表法随机选取100例患者进行调查。将参与本次调查的患者分为两个小组，对照组50名患者和观察组50名患者。观察组患者采用先用快速血糖仪进行血糖检测;对照组患者采取先用常规常规生化仪检测血糖，对所有患者检验结果进行统计学分析。结果：对比两组患者应用快速血糖仪与常规生化仪检测血糖结果后发现，单次检测血糖结果中应用快速血糖仪检测比常规生化仪检测稍高，多次检测血糖结果中应用快速血糖仪检测比常规生化仪检测稍低，快速血糖仪检测结果与常规生化仪检测结果对比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：快速血糖仪具有分析结果用时较短，操作更加简便，费用低廉等优势，取得良好的检测效果，值得在临床上进一步深入研究。

【Abstract】 Objective： To compare and analyze the blood glucose test value of routine biochemical instrument and rapid blood glucose instrument. Methods： in this survey， randomly selected patients who had clinical blood glucose examination in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 as the objects of this survey， and randomly selected 100 patients according to the random number table method for the survey. The patients involved in the survey were divided into two groups， 50 patients in the control group and 50 patients in the observation group. In the observation group， the fast blood glucose meter was used to detect the blood glucose; in the control group， the routine biochemical meter was used to detect the blood glucose， and the test results of all patients were statistically analyzed. Results： after comparing the blood glucose results of the two groups， it was found that the results of single blood glucose test were slightly higher than that of routine biochemical test， and the results of multiple blood glucose tests were slightly lower than that of routine biochemical test. There was no statistical difference between the results of fast blood glucose test and routine biochemical test Academic significance （P > 0.05）. Conclusion： the rapid blood glucose meter has the advantages of short time， simple operation and low cost.
