【摘 要】目的：探讨心胸外科手术后护理干预对肺部感染的影响。方法：自2017年5月至2018年2月，将我院行心脏外科手术的62例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予传统治疗。我们采用了针对外部感染的综合护理干预措施，观察了两组患者的治疗效果，并分析了经心胸手术后针对肺部感染的综合护理干预措施的效果。结果：观察组肺部感染和肺部感染的发生率明显低于对照组。研究表明，观察组的呼吸功能优于统计学上显着的对照组。结论：心脏胸外科手术患者的综合护理干预措施可以有效预防和减少肺部感染，具有临床价值。

【Objective】 to explore the effect of nursing intervention on pulmonary infection after ECG examination. Methods from May 2017 to February 2018， 62 patients undergoing cardiac surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group， and the control group was given traditional treatment. We adopted the comprehensive nursing intervention measures for external infection， observed the treatment effect of the two groups of patients， and analyzed the effect of the comprehensive nursing intervention measures for pulmonary infection after cardiothoracic surgery. Results the incidence of pulmonary infection and pulmonary infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The results showed that the respiratory function of the observation group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion the comprehensive nursing intervention of patients with cardiothoracic surgery can effectively prevent and reduce lung infection， which has clinical value.

为研究护理干预措施对心脏胸外科手术后肺部感染的影响，选择了2017年2月至2018年2月在我院进行心脏外科手术的62例患者。

1 资料与方法

1.1一般信息：从2017年5月到2018年2月，选择了62名接受心脏手术的患者进行研究。所有患者均患有肺部疾病，接受过肺部手术并被随机分配。 62例。他们分为观察组和对照组。每组的平均年龄为31岁，其中36岁的男性和21岁的女性21-79岁。两组患者的一般信息无显着差异。 12种不同的护理方法：对照组的日常护理和观察组对肺部感染进行综合护理干预。具体任务如下：

1.2术前治疗，肺部感染高危因素的术前评估和针对性治疗对于进行心肌手术的患者，脊柱感染的主要因素是术后预防吸烟，老年人和慢性肺炎。患有疾病感染的患者应在手术前评估并确定危险因素。……
