【摘 要】目的：研究综合护理在使用内镜下胆道内射频消融联合胆管引流术后对于胆管癌疾病的效果。方法：选取50例2017年至2019年经本院接受手术治疗的胆管癌患者为研究对象，使用随机、双盲法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组25例，对照组患者在治疗之后使用常规方法进行护理，观察组在对照组基础上进行综合护理干预，对比两组患者并发症出现的情况。结果：观察组出现并发症的例数少于对照组，数据存在统计意义（P<0.05）。结论：胆管癌患者在内镜下胆道内射频消融联合胆管引流术后，要进行综合护理干预，降低并发症出现概率，在临床中要推广和使用。

【Abstract】 objective to study the effect of comprehensive nursing care on cholangiocarcinoma after endoscopic biliary radiofrequency ablation combined with biliary drainage. Methods select 50 cases from 2017 to 2019 were treated in our hospital surgery patients with bile duct carcinoma as the research object， using the randomized， double-blind method divided into control group and observation group， 25 cases in each group， control group patients after treatment using conventional method for nursing care， observation group in the control group on the basis of comprehensive nursing intervention， compared two groups of patients with complications. Results the number of complications in the observation group was less than that in the control group， and the data had statistical significance （P < 0.05）. Conclusion comprehensive nursing intervention should be carried out for patients with cholangiocarcinoma after endoscopic biliary radiofrequency ablation combined with biliary drainage to reduce the probability of complications， which should be popularized and used in clinical practice.

胆管癌对患者的负面影响非常大，该疾病发病的原因不是非常明确，但是与胆管结石、原发性胆管炎等疾病有关系，在患上该疾病之后，需要及时进行治疗，在治疗中多会选择内镜下胆道内射频消融联合胆管引流术，但是在术后经常会出现并发症，如腹腔出血、肝功能衰竭、应激溃疡出血等，所以在术后需要做好护理方面的工作，降低负面因素对患者的影响。

1 资料与方法

1.1一般資料

选取50例2017年至2019年经本院接受手术治疗的胆管癌患者为研究对象，使用随机、双盲法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组25例，患者资料为：对照组：男13例，女12例，年龄最大值和最小值分别为68岁和35岁，平均年龄（55.3±2.6）岁;观察组：男12例，女13例，年龄最大值和最小值分别为69岁和34岁，平均年龄（55.4±2.5）岁。两组患者同意对护理效果进行观察和记录，患者资料在年龄、性别上不存在统计意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。
