【摘 要】目的：探讨围术期护理在骨关节置换术中的效果并加以分析。方法：收集2018年2月～2019年2月于我院进行骨关节置换术的88例患者，按照抽签的方式分为对照组和观察组，每组44例。对照组患者按照常规方法护理，而观察组加强围术期护理措施，比较两组护理满意度及护理效果。结果：经术后与对照组比较，观察组经过实施全面优质化的围术期护理后，不良反应发生率为0.02%、患者对围术期护理服务的满意度为97.72%;而对照组为0.18%、患者的满意度为68.18%，数据对比均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在骨关节置换术中实施围术期护理效果显著，可以有效提高术后膝关节的功能，并促进患者早日康复，值得实践推广。

【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing in osteoarthrosis and analyze it. Methods： Eighty-eight patients who underwent osteoarticular replacement in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were divided into control group and observation group according to the method of drawing， with 44 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated according to the conventional method， while the observation group strengthened the perioperative nursing measures and compared the nursing satisfaction and nursing effects of the two groups. RESULTS： After the perioperative care of the observation group was compared with the control group， the incidence of adverse reactions was 0.02%， and the satisfaction of patients with perioperative care service was 97.72%. 0.18% and patient satisfaction were 68.18%， and the data were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The perioperative nursing effect in bone and joint replacement surgery is significant， which can effectively improve the function of knee joint after operation and promote the early recovery of patients. It is worthy of practice.

如今世界人口老齡化趋势愈发严重，而骨关节疾病作为一种很常见的慢性疾病，在老年群体中尤为常见，而老年关节的坏死率随着年龄的增长更是不断增高[1]。在现阶段，人工骨关节置换是骨性关节炎在末期唯一有效的手段，但术后关节感染、松动等并发症对于患者的生活质量与治疗效果产生了严重的威胁，甚至有些会发生恶化造成需要进行二次手术，为患者带来巨大的痛苦与经济损失。所以，围术期护理对于患者术后的恢复与日常生活来说意义重大，不仅可以有效提高骨关节置换术的效果，还能够让患者尽早康复。本文做出如下研究：
