【摘 要】 目的：分别阐述管腔器械以普通烘干机或抽真空烘干器进行干燥的过程，并比对干燥效果差异。方法：此次研究时间自2018年1月开始，至2019年12月结束，随机抽选我院待清洁消毒的管腔器械190件进行研究，将其进行随机分组，对照组采用普通烘干机实施干燥，观察组采用抽真空烘干器实施干燥，对比两组器械干燥用时差异，同时分别于10min、15min、20min、30min测定各组管腔器械水分去除率。结果：观察组所用干燥设备预热用时（7.45±1.02）min、总干燥用时（28.49±5.03）min均明显短于对照组（p<0.05），另外，在不同时间段内，观察组管腔器械水分去除率均相较对照组更高（p<0.05）。结论：管腔器械在完成清洁消毒工作后利用抽真空烘干器进行干燥效果显著，且用时相对较短，操作方便，适宜推广运用。

【Abstract】 Objective： The drying process of the lumen apparatus with ordinary dryer or vacuum dryer was described respectively， and the drying effect was compared.Methods： From January 2018 to December 2019， 190 lumen instruments to be cleaned and sterilized in our hospital were randomly selected for the study， which were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was dried by ordinary dryer， and the observation group was dried by vacuum dryer. The differences of drying time between the two groups were compared. At the same time， each group was measured in 10min， 15min， 20min and 30min respectively Water removal rate of lumen apparatus.Results： The preheating time （7.45±1.02） min and total drying time （28.49±5.03） min of the drying equipment used in the observation group were significantly shorter than that in the control group （p < 0.05）. In addition， the water removal rate of the lumen devices in the observation group was higher than that in the control group in different time periods （p < 0.05）.Conclusion： After finishing the cleaning and disinfection of the lumen instrument， the vacuum dryer is used to dry the device with remarkable effect. Moreover， the time is relatively short， the operation is convenient， and it is suitable for promotion and application.

医院消毒供应中心主要工作内容即完成医疗器械用具的清洁、消毒、干燥、发放与回收等，如果器械用具清洁消毒不当，极容易诱发院内感染，不仅影响治疗质量，同时也危急医院整体形象。因此，应重视设备干燥环节[1]。以往多采用烘干机完成设备的烘干，需要耗时较长，且干燥质量一般，自从引入抽真空烘干器，則极大程度缩减了干燥时长，提高了烘干质量。本文抽选2018.1-2019.12我院收集190件管腔器械为例，比对两种干燥设备的效果，如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

此次研究时间自2018年1月开始，至2019年12月结束，随机抽选我院待清洁消毒的管腔器械190件进行研究，将其进行随机分组，对照组总计管腔器械95件，包括腹腔镜25件，吸引头36件，穿刺针28件，其他器械6件。观察组总计管腔器械95件，包括腹腔镜26件，吸引头25件，穿刺针27件，其他器械7件。比对两组管腔器械相关情况发现无明显差异（p>0.05），符合研究所需。
