【摘  要】目的：探讨在肾内科患者临床护理中风险管理的应用效果。方法：本次研究对象来自我院肾内科中的68例患者。在常规护理管理模式下，于患者用药、饮食各方面针对性的护理干预措施，护理对象共34例，将其归为对照组。其余34例患者归为观察组，通过对以往的肾内科护理管理工作经验进行总结，找出不足，将重点放在护理风险的管理上，实现各护理环节质量上的把控。结果：从患者护理期间风险事件发生率的比较上来看，观察组对应数值显著低于另一组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：加大对肾内科护理风险的管理力度，从相关护理管理制度的完善、护理人员风险防范意识的培养等方面入手，实现护理质量上的提高。

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of risk management in the clinical nursing of patients in nephrology. Methods： the subjects of this study were 68 patients from the Department of nephrology in our hospital. Under the routine nursing management mode， 34 patients were divided into the control group. The remaining 34 patients were divided into observation group. Through summarizing the previous experience of nursing management in nephrology department， we found out the deficiencies， focused on the management of nursing risks， and realized the control of the quality of each nursing link. Results： compared with the incidence of risk events during the nursing period， the corresponding value of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the other group （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： we should strengthen the management of nursing risk in nephrology department， and improve the quality of nursing by improving the relevant nursing management system and training the risk prevention awareness of nursing staff.

1.資料与方法

1.1一般资料

本次研究对象来自我院肾内科中的68例患者，根据护理管理上存在的差异，将其分组展开实验。其中，观察组患者共34例，最大年龄为78岁，平均值为（45.62±12.48）岁，存在急性肾功能衰竭、慢性肾衰尿毒症期、肾病综合征三种病症类型。对照组患者男女人数分别为18例、16例，平均年龄为（46.23±11.36）岁，病症类型与上一组患者相同。从患者的年龄、性别等基本资料的比较上来看，无统计学意义（P>0.05）。

1.2方法

将常规护理管理方式用于对照组，主要包括患者用药、饮食、不良症状等方面的护理管理。

将风险管理用于观察组。首先，对以往肾内科患者护理期间发生的风险事件有关资料进行整理，分析原因，并采取相应的防范措施，贯穿于后期患者的临床护理工作当中。其次，护理管理制度的制定，对护理人员起着一定的约束作用，同时也是各项护理工作得以有效落实的重要保障。为……
