【摘 要】目的：探讨对哮喘患者实施全方位护理干预的效果。方法：选取90例哮喘患者為研究对象，随机分成观察组与对照组各45例，对照组予以常规护理，观察组予以全方位护理，对两组护理1个月的肺功能指标变化及满意度进行评价。结果：较护理前比较，护理后两组FEV1及FVC指标水平均较护理前提高，而观察组提高幅度明显要比对照组显著（P<0.05）;观察组护理总满意率为97.78%，明显高于对照组84.44%的总满意率（P<0.05）。结论：针对哮喘患者，对症治疗期间予以全方位护理，可改善患者肺功能，提高护理满意度，值得推广。

【Abstract】 Objective： To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on asthma patients. Methods： Ninety asthmatic patients were selected as the research object， and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group， 45 cases each. The control group was given routine care， the observation group was given comprehensive care， and the changes in lung function index and satisfaction of the two groups were treated for 1 month. Evaluate. Results： Compared with before nursing， the levels of FEV1 and FVC in the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing， and the increase in the observation group was significantly more significant than that in the control group （P <0.05）. The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 97.78%， significantly The total satisfaction rate was higher than 84.44% in the control group （P <0.05）. Conclusion： For asthmatic patients， comprehensive nursing during symptomatic treatment can improve patients lung function and increase nursing satisfaction， which is worth promoting.

哮喘是常见的呼吸系统疾病，该病主要是因肥大细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞及T淋巴细胞等侵袭所致炎症疾病，患者的临床表现主要为咳嗽、咳痰及气短等，且咳嗽症状在晚间也会发生，如此影响睡眠，降低患者的生活质量[1]。因此针对哮喘患者，需采取有效的方法治疗，同时因治疗的疗程长，所以在治疗期间还需做好患者的护理工作。本次研究中，探讨了对哮喘患者，还是全方位护理对患者的干预效果，报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2018年1月-2019年3月在本院接受诊治的90例哮喘患者为研究对象。纳入标准：（1）所有患者根据症状表现、肺功能检查及胸部X线检查等确诊[2]。（2）患者认知良好并有完整的临床资料。（3）患者均知晓研究目的并签署同意书。排除标准：（1）肝肾等严重功能障碍疾病的患者。（2）恶性肿瘤及精神障碍疾病者。按照随机数字表法分成以下两组;观察组45例，男28例，女17例;年龄23～64岁，平均（42.2±1.5）岁;哮喘病程1～5年，平均（3.1±0.5）年。对照组45例，男26例，女19例;年龄22～65岁，平均（41.9±1.4）岁;病程1～6年，平均（3.3±0.5）年。……
