【摘 要】目的：糖尿病患者接受甘精胰岛素疗法的生活质量分析。方法：以我院2019年8月-2019年11月时段内收治的112例2型糖尿病患者展开研究，以患者入院时间奇偶性划分为对照组（56例，瑞格列奈疗法）、观察组（56例，瑞格列奈+甘精胰岛素疗法），参考GQOLI-74比对两组患者治疗后的生活质量评分。结果：观察组患者在心理功能、躯体功能、物质生活状态以及社会功能方面的评分均高于对照组，即组间对比分析差异可见明显的统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：2型糖尿病患者临床应用甘精胰岛素，效果确切，可以有效改善患者的生活质量，为患者预后发展创造良性条件。

【Abstract】 Objective： Analysis of the quality of life of patients with diabetes receiving insulin glargine therapy. Methods： A study was performed on 112 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to November 2019， and the patients were divided into control group （56 patients， reglinatide therapy） and observation group based on the parity of admission time. （56 patients， reglinide + insulin glargine therapy）， the quality of life scores after treatment were compared with reference to GQOLI-74. Results： The scores of patients in the observation group on psychological function， physical function， material life status， and social function were higher than those in the control group， that is， the difference in comparison analysis between the groups showed significant statistical significance （P <0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical application of insulin glargine in patients with type 2 diabetes has exact results， which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and create benign conditions for the development of patients' prognosis.

糖尿病屬于内分泌代谢疾病，以2型较为常见，由于人们生活习惯、人口老龄化等因素的影响，近年来发病率大幅度提升，在极大程度上降低了国民生活质量。临床尚未针对2型糖尿病统一特效疗法，多通过血糖调控方式优化患者生活质量[1]。本文为了探讨更为可靠的疗法，为患者预后的生活质量、生命质量提供保障，以我院2019年8月-2019年11月时段内收治的112例2型糖尿病患者为对象，通过对比瑞格列奈、瑞格列奈+甘精胰岛素展开如下对比分析：

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料

以我院2019年8月-2019年11月时段内收治的112例2型糖尿病患者展开研究，纳入标准：①与2型糖尿病临床诊断标准相符;②近1个月不存在相关治疗史;③本人或家属签署研究知情授权声明;排除标准：①治疗药物过敏;②泌尿系统感染、血液系统疾病等;③心脑血管疾病等;④恶性肿瘤;⑤认知障碍、精神疾病等;医学伦理……
