【摘 要】目的：分析探讨采用中医正骨方法对于桡骨远端骨折的治疗疗效。方法：选取80例我院收治的桡骨远端骨折患者资料进行回顾性分析，为此80例患者均采用中医正骨方法進行治疗，分析该种治疗方法在临床中的治疗效果。结果：本次选取的80例患者均在正骨方法治疗完成后进行随访，经X线复查后发现，此80例患者骨折情况均愈合，其中经腕关节评分恢复优秀43例、良好20例、尚可8例、较差2例，总治疗优良率为91.25%（73/80）。结论：针对于桡骨远端骨折患者而言，采用中医正骨方法效果较为显著，疗效确切值得应用。

【Abstract】 Objective： To analyze the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedic method on the treatment of distal radius fractures. Methods： The data of 80 patients with distal radius fractures treated in our hospital were selected for retrospective analysis. 80 patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics and analyzed. Therapeutic effects of treatment methods in the clinic. Results： The 80 patients selected this time were followed up after the completion of the orthopedic treatment. After X-ray examination， it was found that the fractures of these 80 patients were all healed. Among them， 43 cases were excellently restored by wrist score， 20 cases were good， and 8 cases were fair and 2 cases were poor. The excellent and good treatment rate was 91.5% （73/80）. Conclusion： For patients with distal radius fractures， the traditional Chinese medicine orthopedic method is more effective， and the effect is definitely worth applying.

在临床医学中，常见桡骨远端骨折较为常见，一般患者以上肢骨折为主，病产生后常会对患者的生活质量及生命健康造成一定的影响，因此一旦确诊必须给与患者行及时有效的治疗，以改善患者的临床症状[1]。针对于这一类骨折疾病，目前西医多半是采用传统石膏外固定术进行治疗，但是治疗完成后的并发症较多，患者往往出现见肘关节僵直或者骨萎缩等情况。而有文献指出[2]，通过中医正骨方法能够对于该类疾病进行较好的治疗，且临床并发症情况较少。针对于此情况我院特选取80例我院收治的桡骨远端骨折患者资料进行回顾性分析，分析探讨采用中医正骨方法对于桡骨远端骨折的治疗疗效，现报告如下：

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取80例我院收治的桡骨远端骨折患者资料进行回顾性分析，患者治疗时间选择2018年4月至2019年2月，为此80例患者均采用中医正骨方法进行治疗所有患者均经X线、CT检查确诊，均确诊为桡骨远端骨折患者。……
