汽车检测设备安装调试过程的质量控制

摘要：在汽车制造企业，整车品质检查作为关键工序，其所用的汽车检测设备的检测能力和稳定性至关重要。为消除设备前期安装调试阶段产生的潜在隐患，降低投产后设备初始故障率和保证设备的检测准确性，文章提出了汽车检测设备安装与调试过程中的质量控制措施，并引入实际案例，详细介绍了在四轮定位仪安装调试过程所遵循的质量控制措施和转序评价的质量基准，最终实现设备顺利投产及验收的目的。实践表明：实施过程质量控制有助于保证汽车检测设备的检测能力和稳定性。关键词：汽车检测设备;四轮定位仪;安装调试;质量控制;转序评价中图分类号：U468.2 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1671-7988（2020）11-155-04

Abstract： In automobile manufacturing industry， vehicle quality inspection process plays a key role during the whole production， therefore the inspection ability and stability of the inspection equipment are critical.In order to eliminate the potential trouble in the stage of equipment installation and commissioning， reduce the equipments initial failure rate after the production and ensure the detection accuracy， hereby this paper puts forward the quality control measures during the installation and commissioning of automobile inspection equipment， and introduces practical successful case about the four-wheel aligner， which ultimately helps achieve the purpose of equipment smooth operation and acceptance， with strictly following the quality control measures and the quality benchmark of procedure transfer evaluation during the whole installation and commissioning process. 引言

在汽车制造企业，汽车整车检查涵盖车辆外观、机能、电子电器、动态走行、淋雨密封等多个领域，确保了产品车的商品性、法规符合性及品质一致性。其中，机能检测线是整车检查的关键工序，汽车检测设备的检测能力和稳定性至关重要。机能检测线设备主要包括四轮定位仪、前照灯检测仪、侧滑试验台、综合转鼓试验台和双轴制动台。
