摘 要：IATF 16949质量管理体系标准对汽车行业产品设计和开发主要有7个要求：设计和开发策划、设计和开发输入、设计和开发输出、设计和开发评审、设计和开发验证、设计和开发确认、设计和开发更改的控制，为了达到这些要求各汽车企业都输出自己的管理体系程序文件及相关管理办法、管理流程从而起到管理的标准化、通用化。各个汽车厂家、公司根据自己企业的性质管理流程又有所差异，本论文主要简述汽车行业整车产品设计开发的主要流程及各阶段工作内容。关键词：汽车;产品设计开发;流程中图分类号：U462.1  文献标识码：A  文章编号：1671-7988（2020）11-49-03

引言

汽車行业整车产品设计开发简单来说就是根据客户的需求把一系列的数据进行实物化、商品化，企业可以是根据现有产品参数进行一些质量改进、性能提升、或者外观改造，也可以重新开发全新的产品。同时，由于人们的需求是随着社会的发展不断改变和提高，企业只有不断改进产品，不断创新，才能适应消费者的不断变化的需求。

1 整车产品设计开发阶段划分

汽车产品设计开发可以大概划分成6个阶段，产品规划阶段、产品策划阶段、产品造型开发阶段、设计开发阶段、设计验证阶段、量产准备阶段，企业根据自身规模识别产品开发各阶段所涉及到的各职能部门及各部门职责，根据产品开发周期制定产品开发主要计划，为了确保开发产品满足客户的要求，结合各阶段输出的内容对设计和开发进行评审、验证和确认，保证产品开发的有效性。……
