摘要：为了提高建筑工程项目的质量和经济效益，文中对建筑工程项目造价动态管控进行研究。研究了建筑工程造价动态管理控制现状，并提出了提升建筑工程项目造价动态管理控制效果的策略，希望通过研究同时达到保障建筑工程质量、提高建筑工程经济效益的目的。

Abstract： In order to improve the quality and economic benefits of construction projects， this paper studies the dynamic management and control of construction project cost. This paper studies the status quo of dynamic management and control of construction engineering cost， and puts forward the strategies to improve the effect of dynamic management and control of construction project cost， hoping to achieve the purpose of ensuring the quality of construction engineering and improving the economic benefits of construction engineering.

0  引言

建筑工程項目中造价管控的内容比较多，且很多都需要进行动态管控。因为很多因素都是动态变化的，并非一成不变。因此可以通过对造价进行动态管控来督促项目施工中资方、设计单位及施工单位及监理单位等各方责任的落实，保证各项策略落实到位，提升建筑工程项目造价管理的透明度的同时，提升工程造价效果，降低建筑工程项目投资成本，提升建造效益。

1  工程造价全过程动态控制的重要性

1.1 在很大程度上保证工程的质量

众所周知，建筑工程项目设计、建造过程中涉及的人员、设备及材料、单位等因素众多。因此整体管控过程中具有复杂性，同时整体成本资金投入资金也比较高。但是通过工程造价全过程动态控制，实现对实际的工程设计施工等全过程的每一个环节的有效、合理的价格管控，可以实现对各环节造价的控制，减少不必要的浪费。具体的管控过程中，需要提前对工程施工过程的每一个环节和步骤进行深入研究，根据实际来对工程造价计划进行研究和分析，保证造价的科学性和合理性。……
