摘 要 本文以“让数据使用更安全”为目的，通过 “安全防护、数据脱敏、数据加密、操作审计”的防护方式来有效提升烟草行业商业企业数据安全。通过安全防护平台配置策略对未知IP、用户、访问库或表做禁止访问，从访问源头来保护数据，监测数据库的访问。同时数据库脱敏可将所有运维人员在运维时不需要看到的敏感信息进行变形，配合数据加密系统防止透明加密技术的数据库数据泄露。最后通过操作审计系统可实时对增、删、改、查的风险行为进行告警并可追根溯源，达到“让数据使用更安全”的目的。

How to effectively improve data security for commercial enterprises in tobacco industry

Abstract With the purpose of “making data use more secure”，this paper aims to effectively improve the data security of commercial enterprises in the tobacco industry through the protection methods of “security protection，data desensitization，data encryption and operation audit”.Access to unknown IP，user，access library or table is prohibited by security protection platform configuration policy to protect data from access source and monitor database access.At the same time，database desensitization can deform sensitive information that all operation and maintenance personnel do not need to see during operation and maintenance，and cooperate with data encryption system to prevent database data leakage of transparent encryption technology.Finally，by operating the audit system，the risk behaviors of adding，deleting，changing and checking can be warned in real time and traced back to the source，so as to achieve the purpose of “making data use safer”.

引言

随着信息化程度越来越高，烟草行业商业企业积累了大量的数据资源，业务种类繁多，横向涉及卷烟营销、专卖管理、烟叶管理、企业管理等各个业务领域;纵向贯穿行业、省、市、县（区）等多个层级，数据呈现出数据量大、复杂性高、多样性强等特点，对安全性保护、规范性管理、技术架构升级改造等提出了新的要求和挑战。烟草行业商业企业业务系统中涉及大量的个人信息以及烟草的销售及零售信息，如若数据丢失或泄露，可能会产生蝴蝶效应，将对整个烟草行业造成不可估量的影响，如何更好地使用和保护数据资源，解决数据安全面临的各类挑战，成为烟草行业商业企业当前亟待解决的一个重要问题[1]。
