摘   要：知识产权经济时代下，专利实力日渐成为构建企业竞争优势和激发创新活力的核心要素。本文从专利质量提升的角度，深入论述高质量专利对于企业创新发展的重要意义，并从专利制度支撑企业创新的角度剖析企业知识产权管理工作如何实现创新发展与提升知识产权竞争力，最后站在企业角度探讨了如何開展知识产权管理工作，对企业知识产权管理具有实际指导意义。

Abstract： In the era of the intellectual property economy， patent strength has increasingly become a core element for building corporate competitive advantages and stimulating innovation. This article discusses in depth the importance of high-quality patents for the innovation and development of enterprises from the perspective of improving patent quality， and analyzes how the intellectual property management of enterprises can achieve innovative development and enhance the competitiveness of intellectual property from the perspective of the patent system supporting enterprise innovation From the perspective of the enterprise， how to carry out the work of intellectual property management is discussed， which is of practical guiding significance for the enterprise's intellectual property management.

1  引言

企业是创新活动的组织者、创新价值的创造者，也是促进科研成果向市场价值转化的直接推动者。近年来，我国企业的创新能力持续加强，企业作为知识产权创造和运用的主体地位日益稳固。在当前国际争端日益复杂、企业竞争更加激烈的背景下，如何做好企业知识产权管理，提升企业核心竞争力，应该是全社会共同关注的话题，具有鲜明的现实意义。

2  高质量专利对于企业发展的重要意义

改革开放40年来，党中央、国务院始终将知识产权工作作为激励创新的基本保障加以谋划和部署，我国知识产权事业发展取得了举世瞩目的巨大成就，专利申请量连续6年位列世界第一，跻身知识产权大国行列。其中，企业发明专利申请和授权的数量、占比都逐年增加，据统计，2017年国内发明专利申请量和拥有量6成来自企业，这一方面说明我国企业的创新意识和能力明显提高，企业知识产权管理逐步走向规范。……
