摘 要：基于农业资源优化配置视角，从含义、与一般可行性研究的联系与区别、特征体系3个方面系统阐述了农业项目多维可行性研究的内涵，在此基础上，介绍了农业项目多维可行性研究的思路与原则，并从突出时空多维性、融合“规划”与“设计”元素、高效持续配置农业资源等8个方面对农业项目多维可行性研究的重点内容进行了描述。

Abstract： Based on the perspective of optimal allocation of agricultural resources， this paper systematically expounds the connotation of multidimensional feasibility study of agricultural projects from three aspects： meaning， connection with and difference from general feasibility study， and characteristic system. On this basis， this paper introduces the ideas and principles of multidimensional feasibility study of agricultural projects， and describes the key contents of multidimensional feasibility study of agricultural projects from eight aspects： highlighting the spatiotemporal multidimensionality， integrating “planning” and “design” elements， efficient and sustainable allocation of agricultural resources， etc.

农业既是支撑国民经济建设与发展的基础产业，也是社会民生性产业，在国民经济中占有重要的地位。可行性研究是一个跨领域、跨学科的综合性科学研究方法，广泛应用于科研课题、企业投资、项目建设等领域的管理决策。

在传统农业项目可行性研究内涵的基础上，积极拓展其内涵与外延，不断向规划、初步设计等领域延伸;同时科学导入“多维信息论”要素，促进其向农业项目多维可行性研究轉型升级。在农业资源多维优化配置循环系统和农业资源多维优化配置管理决策支持系统中搭建农业项目多维可行性研究子系统，实现与循环系统及其各子系统、管理决策支持系统及其各子系统的高度融合[1]。农业项目多维可行性研究，既能满足人们对可行性研究广度与深度的拓展要求，也能满足社会对可行性研究多维立体动态仿真展示与数字化管理决策的合理诉求，在追求农业可持续发展和高质量发展的当下，多维可行性研究在农业项目管理决策中的作用将日益凸显。……
