[摘要] 目的 分析海昆腎喜胶囊联合碳酸氢钠治疗慢性肾脏疾病的临床治疗效果。方法 随机选取该院于2017年5月—2019年5月，此2年时间段内所收治的慢性肾脏疾病患者共计114例，将所有患者根据随机抽样的方式均分为实验组与对照组。其中实验组患者共57例，采用海昆肾喜胶囊联合碳酸氢钠治疗，对照组患者共57例，仅采用海昆肾喜胶囊治疗，分析比对两组研究对象经过治疗后其治疗效果情况。结果 治疗结束后，实验组患者治疗有效率（98.2%）、Ccr水平（34.78±8.26）mL/min较对照组患者治疗有效率（89.5%）、Ccr水平（27.57±6.95）mL/min更高，且前者BUN（6.44±2.17）mmol/L、Scr（194.18±32.84）μmmol/L均较后者的BUN（10.38±3.09）mmol/L、Scr（211.67±38.45）μmmol/L更低，两组患者之间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。同时，实验组患者并发症发生率（3.5%）与对照组患者（1.8%）相差无几，两组患者间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。 结论 对于慢性肾脏疾病患者使用海昆肾喜胶囊联合碳酸氢钠进行治疗，可显著提升患者的治疗有效率与内生肌酐清除率，有效降低血尿素氮、血清肌酐水平，同时治疗后患者用药并发症发生率较低，是一种高效、安全的治疗方法。

Clinical Effect Analysis of Haikun Shenxi Capsule Combined with Sodium Bicarbonate in the Treatment of Chronic Kidney

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Haikun Shenxi Capsule combined with sodium bicarbonate in the treatment of chronic kidney disease. Methods A total of 114 patients with chronic kidney disease treated in the hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were randomly selected. All patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random sampling method. Among them， 57 patients in the experimental group were treated with Haikun Shenxi Capsules combined with sodium bicarbonate， and 57 patients in the control group were treated with Haikun Shenxi Capsules only. The therapeutic effects of the two groups of subjects after treatment were analyzed and compared. Results After treatment， patients in the experimental group were more effective （98.2%） and Ccr （34.78±8.26） mL/min than patients in the control group （89.5%） and Ccr （27.57±6.95）mL/min， and the former BUN （6.44±2.17）mmol/L， Scr （194.18±32.84）μmmol/L were lower than the latter BUN （10.38±3.09）mmol/L， Scr （211.67±38.45）μmmol/L， the difference between the two groups of patients was statistically significant （P<0.05）. At the same time， the incidence of complications in the experimental group （3.5%） was similar to that in the control group （1.8%）， and there was no significant difference between the two groups （P>0.05）. Conclusion For patients with chronic kidney disease， the use of Haikun Shenxi Capsules combined with sodium bicarbonate can significantly improve the treatment efficiency and endogenous creatinine clearance of patients， and effectively reduce blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine levels. The incidence of complications is low， and it is an efficient and safe treatment method.

慢性肾脏病主要指由于多种原因引起的患者慢性肾脏结构与功能障碍[1]。发病后患者将会出现多种胃肠道症状、心肌病、骨软化症、内分泌紊乱等疾病，对于患者的正常生活工作以及身体健康均有较为严重影响，需在确诊后立即采取有效措施进行治疗[2-3]。通常情况临床治疗此症以药物治疗与对症治疗为主。其中海昆肾喜胶囊是一种较为常见的治疗慢性肾脏病的药物，对于慢性肾脏病有较为明显的治疗效果，但仅使用此种药物进行治疗，其治疗效果较为有限。……
