[摘要] 目的 探讨传统药物疗法配合景观疗养方法对高血压患者血压的控制效果。方法 从2018年2月—2019年2月间来该院疗养的人群中方便选取有高血压病或血压偏高病史者148例，按照随机分组方法，将148例分为对照组和研究组，对照组74例，仅给予传统降压药物治疗，研究组74例，给予传统药物配合景观疗养治疗。比较两组血压控制效果。结果 疗养前，两组收缩压和舒张压比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），疗养后，对照组和研究组收缩压分别为（144.62±7.42）mmHg和（132.63±6.38）mmHg，组间差异有统计学意义（t=10.540，P=0.000）;舒张压分别为 （91.38±6.22） mmHg 和 （83.62±5.19） mmHg， 组间差异有统计学意义 （t=8.240， P=0.000）。研究组中，1级高血压者经疗养后有效率为96.36%，2级高血压者有效率为84.21%，总有效率为93.24%。结论 传统药物配合景观疗养方法较单纯药物疗法控制血压效果更好。

Effect of Traditional Medicine Therapy and Landscape Therapy on Hypertension

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of traditional medicine therapy combined with landscape therapy on blood pressure control in patients with hypertension. Methods From February 2018 to February 2019， convenient selection of 148 people with a history of hypertension or high blood pressure were screened from the people who came to the hospital for treatment. According to the random grouping method， 148 people were divided into a control group and a study group. In the control group， 74 patients were treated with traditional antihypertensive drugs only. In the study group， 74 patients were treated with traditional drugs combined with landscape therapy. The effects of blood pressure control between the two groups were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups before convalescence. After convalescence， the systolic blood pressure of the control group and the study group were （144.62±7.42） mmHg and （132.63±6.38） mmHg，（t=10.540，P=0.000）; Diastolic blood pressure was （91.38±6.22） mmHg and （83.62±5.19） mmHg， respectively， with statistically significant difference between groups （t=8.240， P=0.000）. Grade 1 hypertension in the study group after convalescence， the effective rate was 96.36%， the effective rate of patients with grade 2 hypertension was 84.21%， and the total effective rate was 93.24%. Conclusion The traditional medicine combined with landscape therapy method is better than simple drug therapy in controlling blood pressure.

高血壓是临床常见的慢性疾病，也是最为常见的心血管疾病。高血压病的主要表现为体循环动脉压增高，以其为主要诱因的疾病具有较高的致残率和致死率，对人民群众的生命健康产生严重威胁[1]。高血压患者一般需要长期服药，而长期服药会有较大的副作用，且服用单一药物血压控制率较低。目前，临床上也较为推崇除药物治疗之外的非药物疗法，比如合理饮食、适量运动、放松减压等，这些方式对帮助高血压者保持血压平稳也有积极作用，配合药物疗法可以达到更好的控制血压效果[2]。该次研究方便选取2018年2月—2019年2月间来该院疗养的148例高血压者或既往有高血压病史者为研究对象，探讨传统药物配合景观疗养方法对高血压的控制效果，现报道如下。
