[摘要] 目的 探索手部创伤运用桡动脉掌浅支腕横纹游离皮瓣修复治疗及对手功能恢复情况影响。方法 方便选择黑龙江省大庆龙南医院收治的100例手部创伤患者为试验对象，收治时间在2017年5月—2018年5月期间。选择抓阄随机化分组，对照组采用胸腹部穿支皮瓣修复（50例），观察组采用桡动脉掌浅支腕横纹游离皮瓣修复（50例）。结果 观察组对外观美感满意度（96.00%）、外观色泽接近正常（98.00%）、皮瓣肿胀（2.00%）、感染（2.00%）、优良率（96.00%）、治疗后Barthel评分（92.16±3.57）分、上肢部分功能评分（10.28±1.35）分均优于对照组（χ2=14.526、18.965、20.132、22.746、16.930;t=17.845、8.415，P<0.05）。结论 桡动脉掌浅支腕横纹游离皮瓣修复用于手部创伤患者中效果显著。

Effect of Repair of Hand Trauma with Radial Metacarpal Branch and Wrist Stripe Free Flap on Hand Trauma

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of repair of hand trauma using radial radial metacarpal and radial wrist free flap repair and functional recovery of the hand. Methods 100 patients with hand trauma in Longnan Hospital of Daqing， Heilongjiang Province were conveniently selected as the test subjects， the treatment time was from May 23， 2017 to May 23， 2018 and grabbing was randomized. The control group was repaired with thoracoabdominal perforator flaps （50 cases）， and the observation group was treated with superficial radial palmar branches and wrist stripes free flap repair （50 cases）. Results The observation group was satisfied with the appearance aesthetics （96.00%）， the appearance color was close to normal （98.00%）， flap swelling （2.00%）， infection （2.00%）， excellent rate （96.00%）， After treatment barthel score （92.16 ± 3.57）points， and upper limb function score （10.28±1.35）points were better than the control group （χ2=14.526，18.965，20.132，22.746，16.930;t=17.845，8.415，P<0.05）. Conclusion The repair of free radial flaps of the superficial palmar and wrist transverse stripes of the radial artery is effective in patients with hand trauma.

手是人類生活、生存中不可或缺的器官，构造非常精密，且功能较多，一旦受到创伤，便可影响日常生活，甚至导致骨组织或肌腱组织外露，为了防止产生不可逆损伤，还需合理选择一项手术治疗[1]。目前对于手部创伤常运用皮瓣修复治疗，其更能够解决皮瓣臃肿、创面外露的现象，提高皮瓣存活率，缓解当前症状，随着相关研究深入，发现桡动脉掌浅支腕横纹游离式修复能够保持良好的手指外观，恢复手指感觉，提高皮瓣存活率，但部分学者认为此项手术具有一定难度性，容易损伤周围组织[2]，为了进一步探索桡动脉掌浅支腕横纹游离皮瓣修复的作用性，在2017年5月—2018年5月期间方便选取黑龙江省大庆龙南医院收治的100例手部创伤患者为试验对象，并分别进行了两种修复方案，且对比两者之间有效性，现报道如下。……
