[摘要] 目的 研究经尿道前列腺双极等离子剜除手术、电切手术对于良性前列腺增生患者的作用与效果。方法 方便抽取该院接受并治疗的60例良性前列腺增生病例，抽选时间为2017年12月—2019年8月，30例接受经尿道前列腺双极等離子电切手术的为A组，30例接受经尿道前列腺双极等离子剜除手术的为B组，观察比较其结果。结果 在治疗后，B组患者并发症的总发生率6.67%、生活质量量表（QOL）评分（16.73±3.20）分、国际前列腺症状评分表（IPSS）评分（10.54±2.07）分对比A组患者并发症的总发生率26.67%、QOL评分（33.23±3.95）分、IPSS评分（19.76±2.58）分更低，差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.320，P=0.038;t=17.778，P=0.000;t=15.267，P=0.000）。结论 对于良性前列腺增生患者而言，经尿道前列腺双极等离子剜除手术能够得到更为良好且确定的治疗效果，建议临床推崇使用。

Comparison of the Efficacy of Transurethral Prostate and Other Bipolar Ionization and Resection for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect and effect of transurethral prostate enucleation and bipolar ion excision surgery and resection surgery on patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 60 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia received and treated in our hospital were selected. The selection time was from December 2017 to August 2019. Thirty patients who underwent transurethral convenient resection of the prostate were treated as group A. Thirty patients who underwent transurethral prostate bipolar plasmapheresis were group B， and the results were observed and compared. Results After treatment， the total incidence of complications in group B patients was 6.67%， the quality of life scale （QOL） score （16.73 ± 3.20）points， and the international prostate symptom score （IPSS） score （10.54 ± 2.07）points. Patients in the group [the total incidence of complications was 26.67%， QOL score （33.23 ± 3.95） points， IPSS score （19.76 ± 2.58） points， the difference was statistically significant （χ2=4.320，P=0.038;t=17.778，P=0.000;t=15.267，P=0.000）. Conclusion For patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia， transurethral prostate bipolar plasmapheresis can obtain a better and definitive treatment effect， and it is recommended to use it clinically.

良性前列腺增生指的是一种十分普遍的泌尿系统类疾病，好发于中年男性人群中，现阶段，老龄化愈加显著，使得这一疾病总发病率也有所升高，这类患者大多都会发生排尿困难、梗阻等方面的问题[1]。现阶段，临床对前列腺增生患者进行治疗大多都是借助手术、药物等，药物需要长时间进行服用，许多患者的效果都不够理想[2]。手术主要就包括了开放手术、腔镜手术，而各项腔镜技术得到了十分迅速地进步，使得开放手术逐步被替代[3]。腔镜手术主要就包括了经尿道前列腺电切术、双极等离子镜下剜除术等。……
