【摘  要】基于大数据技术的发展，构建完善的道路桥梁网络资源体系是适应当前形势发展的必然要求。面对道路桥梁企业岗位的新要求及当前新疫情的影响，我们必须要依托大数据技术构建完善的精品开放网络资源，以此让道桥人才掌握相应的实践技能。论文以大数据环境下企业参与道路桥梁网络资源构建的必要性作为切入点，通过对企业相关岗位的调查，分析企业在参与道路桥梁精品在线网络资源建设所存在的问题，最后提出完善企业参与道桥精品网络资源的具体对策。

【Abstract】Based on the development of big data technology， building a perfect road and bridge network resource system is an inevitable requirement to adapt to the current situation. Facing the new requirements of road and bridge enterprises and the impact of the current new epidemic situation， we must rely on big data technology to build perfect high-quality open network resources， so that road and bridge talents can master the corresponding practical skills. Based on the necessity of enterprises' participation in the construction of road and bridge network resources under the big data environment， this paper analyzes the problems existing in enterprises' participation in the construction of high-quality road and bridge online network resources through the investigation of relevant positions of enterprises， and finally puts forward specific countermeasures to improve enterprises' participation in the construction of high-quality road and bridge network resources.

1 引言

基于大数据技术的发展有效地推动了道路桥梁行业的发展，例如，大数据技术的应用不仅增强了道桥施工技术的发展，而且还带动了道桥行业的创新发展。基于道桥企业的新发展、新要求，我们必须要积极创新人才培养载体。在线精品网络资源体系是满足企业发展要求的必然举措，但是通过对企业的深入调查发现，企业在参与网络资源中存在不少的问题，因此结合多年实践调查，详细阐述企业参与在线精品网络资源体系构建的具体措施。

2 大数据环境下企业参与道桥在线网络资源构建的必要性

随着大数据技术在道桥施工中的应用，无论是从管理模式上还是施工技术上都有了巨大的转变，要求职业院校创新人才培养模式。在线网络资源依托于大数据技术平台通过整合企业、行业协会以及学生自身的特点而提高了人才培养的质量。……
