【摘  要】在农村房屋一体确权测绘工作开展过程中，为了提升其工作质量，保障测绘的结果真实有效，需要加强新技术的使用，全面提升测绘结果的准确性，并建立相应的数据库，做好农村房地不动产的确权登记。基于此，论文结合农村房地不动产确权工作现状进行研究分析，结合房地一体确权登记发证工作中存在的问题进行深入分析，并提出相应的工作建议，为农村房地一体确权测绘新技术的实际应用提供有效参考。

【Abstract】In the development process of surveying and mapping work of rural housing integrated right confirmation， in order to improve the work quality and ensure the real and effective surveying and mapping results， it is necessary to strengthen the use of new technology， comprehensively improve the accuracy of surveying and mapping results， and establish the corresponding database to do a good job in the rural real estate right confirmation and registration. Based on this， this paper conducts research and analysis in combination with the current situation of real estate right confirmation work of rural real estate， conducts in-depth analysis in combination with the problems existing in the work of integrated real estate right confirmation， registration and certification， and puts forward corresponding work suggestions， providing effective reference for the practical application of new technology of integrated real estate right confirmation and mapping in rural real estate.

1 引言

随着新农村建设的进一步加快，不动产登记暂行条例相继颁布，国家颁布了一系列便民利民的相关法案和重要举措，使得不动产登记工作能够变得更加法制化。为了保障各类资产和资源不受侵害，保护农民的合法权益，在农村房地一体确权测绘工作开展过程中，则需要结合相应的法律法规，以高效落实其各自的工作，在做好农村房地不动产确权登记的同时，还需要充分考虑到宅基地使用权的正当性和合法性。农村不动产确权登记发证工作能否正常的进行与其实际的工作方法和技术有着密切的联系。在农村房地一体化确权测绘工作开展过程中，综合利用现代化的测绘调查技术，在提升工作质量的同时，以提升工作进度。

2 农村房地一体化测绘技术概述
