【摘  要】价格认证是关系到群众利益和社会稳定的一项经济工作，在加强市场价格管理、稳定经济社会运行秩序、服务地方经济稳步发展等方面发挥着至关重要的作用。论文分析了价格认证工作在服务经济社会发展中的价值体现，提出了做好价格认证工作的措施建议，以期对充分发挥价格认证的行政服务职能有所帮助。

【Abstract】Price certification is an economic work related to the interests of the masses and social stability. It plays an important role in strengthening market price management， stabilizing economic and social operation order， serving the steady development of local economy and other aspects. This paper analyzes the value embodiment of price certification work in the service of economic and social development， and puts forward the measures and suggestions to do well the price certification work， so as to help the administrative service function of price certification give full play.

1 价格认证工作在服务经济社会发展中的重要价值

1.1 稳定经济社会运行秩序

随着社会主义市场经济的快速发展，开放型市场容纳了多元化的利益群体，使得价格纠纷问题也随之增多。价格认证具备调解价格矛盾和纠纷的职能，在发生有争议事项的价格问题时，可通过开展公平公正的价格认证工作解决争议事项，有助于稳定经济社会的运行秩序。与市场中介评估机构相比，价格认证中心是以政府为领导的部门，在市场经济运行中能够保证中立，严格按照相关法律法规开展工作，可根据价格矛盾和纠纷的实际情况进行规范化、科学化的调解，更能够维护纠纷双方的合法权益。此外，价格认证中心是具有社会公益性质的行政事业单位，不以营利为目的，并且价格认证属于非诉讼形式，可节省社会资源，确保经济纠纷得以和平解决，有助于推动经济社会的和谐发展[1]。

1.2 服务地方经济稳步发展

在政府行政部门履行职能的过程中，需要价格认证中心辅助完成对个别事项的处理，如涉税财物价格认证、公物处置价格认证等。……
