【摘  要】隨着社会的进步和发展，人们对于生活质量提出了更高的要求。基于此，酒店行业应当深化改革，抓住发展机遇，在满足人们需求的同时，为行业的进一步发展作出贡献。发展主题酒店的策略，对促进行业进步和转型有着极为重大的意义。目前，我国的主题酒店在发展过程中通常存在很多问题，这不利于其健康发展。因此，有必要提出改革发展方向，从而对行业以及企业发展发挥引导作用。

【Abstract】With the progress and development of society， people put forward higher requirements for the quality of life. Based on this， the hotel industry should deepen the reform， seize the development opportunities， while meeting people's needs， make contributions to the further development of the industry. The strategy of developing theme hotels is of great significance to the promotion and transformation of the industry. At present， there are usually many problems existing in the development process of theme hotels in China， which is not conducive to its healthy development. Therefore， it is necessary to put forward the direction of reform， so as to play a guiding role in the development of the industry and enterprises.

1 引言

随着人们生活品质的上升，主题酒店作为一种酒店形式应运而生，其存在的主要目的是满足人们的旅居以及享受需求。主题酒店这一概念最早出现是在20世纪中期的美国，其出现是酒店行业发展的一大进步，是人们生活质量提高的标志性事件，对于酒店行业的发展进步具有极为重大的意义。为了更好地满足人们的需求，促进酒店行业的发展及其地位的确立，应当对其发展现状开展必要的反思，对其中存在的问题进行探索和研究，明确发展方向，为该行业的进步作出一定的贡献。

2 主题酒店的发展意义

2.1 满足顾客需求

经济的不断发展使得人们的生活质量得到提升，随着改革开放以来我国经济的稳步提升，我国越来越多的人对于生活质量提出了更高的要求，更加注重对生活的享受，主题酒店的出现，正是对于人们这一需求的良好满足。主题酒店不同于传统酒店，在装修以及餐饮方面能够为顾客提供更为优质的服务，使得其在旅居期间保持良好的心情，释放在日常生活中的压力。……
