摘要：数字技术及第五代移动通信技术的快速普及，促使科技期刊进行数字化转型升级和融合发展。本文探讨了科技期刊在论文开放获取、互联网资源增强出版、知识服务、行业专家信息库建设、转型智库型媒体等方面的转型发展途径。科技期刊应积极探索数字化转型模式和相应技术手段，数字技术的应用可提升期刊的自身影响力，并可产生一定的市场收益。

Abstract： With the rapid popularization of digital technology and the fifth generation of mobile communication technology， technical journal are undergoing digital transformation and upgrading and integrated development. This paper discusses the transformation and development of technical journal in the aspects of open access to papers， enhanced publication of Internet resources， knowledge service， construction of industry expert information base， and transformation of think tank media. Technical journal should actively explore the mode of digital transformation and the corresponding technical means. The application of digital technology can enhance the influence of periodicals and produce certain market benefits.

0  引言

随着数字技术及第五代移动通信技术的快速发展，读者越来越习惯通过便携式设备来阅读文章内容，这导致传统科技期刊纸质媒体的发行量和线下收益也出现急剧下滑[1]。一些科技期刊已经进行了一定的数字化转型升级与融合发展，也取得了一定成果，如：《中国激光》杂志社以光学期刊为基础，对光学领域内的信息资源进行深度挖掘与整合，构建了专业化的数字出版服务平台和全媒体知识服务体系，使得APP终端的用户访问量超过了传统互联网的访问量[2-3];中南大学出版社通过构建复合数字加工平台，对科技论文进行精细加工与碎片管理，形成了具有网络知识结构、明确关联关系的领域主题数据库，同时积极搭建开放获取平台、领域专家邮件系统、移动应用集群等应用，使得数字化建设对期刊的影响力提升起到了明显的促进作用[4];中华……
