摘要：本文围绕预制装配式叠合梁板施工现状，提出了目前装配式混凝土叠合梁板在施工方法上存在的问题和不足，对其安装过程进行分段，优化其基的本施工工艺原理，并着重阐述了施工准备和施工操作工艺方面的现场安装工序，提出了现场施工中的需要注意的技术事项，有利于提高预制装配式叠合梁板安装施工质量，加快施工进度，节约施工成本。

Abstract： Based on the current construction situation of prefabricated composite beam and slab， this paper puts forward the problems and deficiencies in the construction methods of the current prefabricated concrete composite beam and slab， and the construction technology principle of segmenting its installation process and optimizing its foundation. It also focuses on the site installation process of construction preparation and construction operation technology， and puts forward the technical matters needing attention in the field construction. It is beneficial to improve the installation quality of prefabricated composite beam and slab， speed up the construction progress and save the construction cost.

0  引言

建筑框架結构建设应用模式中常涉及多层装配式混凝土叠合梁结合，以期实现在现浇筑结构中部分的模板作用和支撑叠合板作用，可有效提高施工效率。然而装配式混凝土叠合梁在施工方法上还存在一些问题，例如在叠合梁板吊装的实际操作过程中，施工人员对该工艺不太熟悉，无法掌握工艺技巧和理论知识，在叠合梁板的施工技术经验积累方面也不够深入，无法全面、细致地理解和掌握装配式叠合梁板的施工技术要点。在这种情况下进行施工容易出现误差，且效率低下，影响现场安装进程和质量。基于此，本文就多层建筑装配式混凝土叠合梁现场施工方法进行详细阐述，并分析了安装过程中的注意事项。

1  装配式混凝土叠合梁构件工艺原理
