钢筋桁架楼承板C型钢支撑体系施工技术

摘要:随着装配式建筑的大力发展,各类装配式建筑产品也相继产生,钢管束组合结构住宅体系就是其中的一种产品。装配式建筑的一大特点是施工速度快,但是在实施过程中我们发现钢管束组合结构住宅体系与传统钢筋混凝土结构相比不具备施工速度快的优势。而制约钢管束组合结构体系施工速度的一大因素是楼板施工速度慢。本文介绍一种新型钢筋桁架楼承板临时支撑体系,使得混凝土浇筑不依赖下层楼板混凝土浇筑和强度要求,实现多层楼板混凝土同时浇筑或跃层浇筑,从而加快楼板施工速度。
Abstract: With the vigorous development of prefabricated buildings, various prefabricated building products have also been produced one after another, and the steel tube bundle composite structure residential system is one of them. A major feature of prefabricated buildings is the fast construction speed, but in the implementation process, we found that the steel tube bundle composite structure residential system does not have the advantage of fast construction speed compared with the traditional reinforced concrete structure. A major factor restricting the construction speed of the steel tube bundle composite structure system is the slow construction speed of the floor slab. This paper introduces a new type of temporary support system for steel truss floor decks, which makes concrete pouring independent of the concrete pouring and strength requirements of the lower floor slab, and realizes the simultaneous pouring of multi-layer floor slab concrete or jump layer pouring, thereby accelerating the speed of floor slab construction.

1 概述
本文是以青岛蓝谷海科广场项目为背景,该项目采用钢管束组合结构体系。该体系是由钢管束组合结构剪力墙、钢管混凝土柱、H型钢梁、装配式钢筋桁架楼承板、轻质隔墙等主体结构构成,是装配式建筑结构形式之一。鋼管束组合结构体系施工时,先进行钢管束剪力墙安装施工,然后逐层安装钢梁形成自稳定系统后再进行楼承板的安装和混凝土浇筑。
施工速度快是装配式建筑的一大特点,但是在工程施工过程中我们发现钢管束组合结构体系施工速度与传统钢筋混凝土结构相比不具优势。经现场调查,我们发现钢管束安装、校正、焊接时间以及钢梁、楼承板安装时间已达到施工的饱和状态,无法压缩工期。根据图纸要求,如楼承板达到一定跨度后需要搭设满堂红支撑与桁架楼承板共同受力。……
