摘 要：机电设备是水利工程的一项重要组成内容，其运行情况关系到整个水利工程的安全与稳定。但目前，机电设备在运行中仍存在诸多问题。为了解决这些问题，具体可采取以下措施：做好水利工程机电设备的安装和调试工作，构建完善的安全管理体系，做好机电设备的异常处理工作，强化有关作业人员的专业技能培训。

Abstract： Mechanical and electrical equipment is an important part of water conservancy project， its operation is related to the safety and stability of the whole water conservancy project. But at present， there are still many problems in the operation of mechanical and electrical equipment. In order to solve these problems， the following measures can be taken： to do a good job in the installation and commissioning of mechanical and electrical equipment in water conservancy projects， to build a perfect safety management system， to do a good job in the abnormal handling of mechanical and electrical equipment， and to strengthen the professional skills training of relevant operators.

1 水利工程機电设备运行管理工作的必要性

水利工程是我国社会发展过程中一项十分重要的组成内容，因此，水利工程项目得到了国家及社会的广泛关注。而在水利工程建设过程中，机电设备是其中一项十分重要的内容，对于保证工程建设质量和建设效率等方面具有重大意义。因此，必须采取相关措施不断加强对机电设备运行的监督和管控，增强项目整体运行效率，进一步提升项目施工进度与质量。与此同时，还需要进一步做好水利工程机电设备运行过程中的管理工作，以便于及时发现可能潜在的安全隐患及问题，进而提出解决措施，不断增强自身风险防范和处理能力，尽可能避免由于机电设备运行异常而造成的一系列风险问题和经济损失。另外，现如今水利工程规模越来越大，机电设备运行过程中出现异常的概率也随之增大，所以，必须不断强化水利工程机电设备运行管理方面的工作，以确保机电设备得以健康、稳定及高效地运行[1]。……
