摘 要：城市物流的快速发展为当今社会提供了很多便捷，然而，城市物流也同时带来了一系列问题，诸如交通污染、交通拥堵等城市问题。考虑到城市物流在配送过程中对环境的影响，本文以可持续发展为原则，通过介绍现有可持续城市物流的战略，分析城市物流存在的问题和当前的挑战，以提出发展可持续和绿色城市物流的目标。

Abstract：The rapid development of urban logistics provides many conveniences for today's society.However，urban logistics also brings a series of urban problems，such as traffic pollution and traffic congestion.Taking into account the impact of urban logistics on the environment during the distribution process，this article takes the principle of sustainable development，introduces the existing sustainable urban logistics strategy and analyzes the problems and current challenges of urban logistics to develop sustainable and green urban logistics.

可持续城市物流已经成为越来越多人关注的话题，相对比于国内外的状况，国外的相关理论要早于国内。城市物流的发展过程中存在了各种定义。Allen，Browne和Holguin-Veras（2010）提供了一个笼统的定义，即在考虑对安全性，交通拥堵和环境的负面影响的同时，试图找到最有效的方式在城市地区运输货物的过程。城市物流具有许多鲜明的特征，在城市地区的物流对公民同时具有正面和负面的影响。另外，城市物流也是供应链的业务前景和经济发展的重要推动者，这也确保了具有城市物流的供应商和消费者之间所有货运活动的可持续发展。目前城市地区发展迅速，并且随着电子商务的发展，导致对城市物流的需求不断增加。许多城市消费者能力的提高给城市交通带来了严重影响，其结果是交通拥堵，物流运输效率低。同时也包括环境影响，例如温室气体排放和资源浪费。另外还有社会效应也产生了负面影响，尤其是在噪音污染，交通事故和公共卫生问题方面。……
