【摘 要】目的：探究将放射CT应用于肺段隔离症患者诊断中的价值分析，其临床可用性。方法：本次研究时段为2016年9月至2018年8月，对我院数据库中肺段隔离症患者个体资料进行统计调查，所有患者经病理学检查均确认为肺段隔离症，对所有患者进行放射ct扫查，分析ct检查应用于肺段隔离症中的诊断价值，分析其临床可用性。结果：本次研究结果中显示所有患者经临床放射CT扫查后，患者均确诊为肺段隔离症，阳性率为100%。同时放射CT对于患者的病症诊断类型有准确的诊断结果，能够有效明确患者的征象表现类型。结论：对肺段隔离症进行诊断时，应用放射CT，有助于明确患者的具体病症状况，对于患者的征象表现类型来说，也有积极具有较高的可用价值，值得推广。

Abstract：Objective To study the value of radioCT in the diagnosis of patients with pulmonary segment isolation and its clinical availability. Method：The study period was from May 2016 to April 2018， and the individual data of the patients with pulmonary segment isolation in the database of our hospital were surveyed. All the patients were confirmed as pulmonary segment isolation by pathological examination. The diagnostic value of ct examination in the pulmonary segment isolation was analyzed and its clinical availability was analyzed.Results： All patients were shown in the results of this study After clinical radiographic CT scanning， and can effectively determine the types of signs and manifestations of the patients. Conclusion： the application of radiographic CT， in the diagnosis of pulmonary sequestration is helpful to clarify the specific condition of the patients. It is also of high available value for the types of signs and manifestations of the patients， and is worth popularizing.

肺段隔離症又被称为支气管肺隔离症，这种病症属于一种先天性的肺部发育畸形，主要是患者的一段肺由体循环供血[1]。而在患者进行诊断时，需要选择一种明确的诊断方案，以提高患者的临床诊断率，保证患者肺段隔离症的治疗[2]。本次研究中，探究将放射CT应用于肺段隔离症患者诊断中的价值分析，其临床可用性，探究诊断准确性。

1 一般资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

本次研究实验时段设置为2016年9月至2018年8月，在该时段内，对我院数据库中肺段隔离症患者个体资料进行统计调查，录入其中10例患者作为本次研究实验样本。所有患者经病理学检查均确认为肺段隔离症，性别比例为（男：女=5：5）患者年龄为6-56岁之间，平均为（48.6±4.9）岁。……
