【摘 要】目的：观察并探讨医护一体化医院感染防控措施对提升医院感染管理效果的价值。方法：2018年9月——2019年9月期间我院实施医护一体医院感染防控措施，对比分析实施前后的医院感染率以及各项指标改善情况。结果：感染防控实施后的器械消毒灭菌、手卫生、手术切口感染率、环境卫生学监测等各项指标均显著实施前，且实施后的医院感染率显著低于实施前，P<0.05，组间差异具有统计学意义。结论：在医院管理中应用医护一体化医院感染防控措施具有显著作用，能够促进医院感染管理效果的提升，值得推广。

Abstract：Objective To observe and explore the value of hospital infection prevention and control measures for improving hospital infection management. Methods from september 2018 to september 2019， our hospital carried out hospital infection prevention and control measures， compared and analyzed the hospital infection rate before and after the implementation and the improvement of various indicators. Results After the implementation of infection prevention and control， the instrument sterilization， hand hygiene， surgical incision infection rate， environmental hygiene monitoring and other indicators were significantly lower than before the implementation of hospital infection rate was significantly lower （p < 0.05） ， the difference between groups was statistically significant. Conclusion The application of hospital infection prevention and control measures in hospital management can promote the effect of hospital infection management and is worth popularizing.

医院感染会严重影响患者的身治疗效果与身体健康，因此加强医院感染防控力度，减少感染事件的出现具有现实性意义[1]。通过医护一体化防控措施的实施，能够促进护理人员及医生为患者展开服务，医护之间形成共识，以患者病情为基础，解决存在的问题，促进医疗服务质量的提升[2]。本研究中2018年9月——2019年9月期间我院实施医护一体医院感染防控措施，对比分析实施前后的医院感染率以及各项指标改善情况。现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

2018年9月——2019年9月期间我院实施医护一体医院感染防控措施，本次研究对象为院内感染防控相关工作人员以及物品，例如护理人员、医生、清洁员，物品包括一次性用品、灭菌器械、防护用具、床褥等。

1.2 方法

医护一体化医院感染防控措施主要包括以下几方面内容，首先，建立质控小组。科室主任、护士长为组长，感染监控护理人员、科室监测医生、监测护士等为小组成员，所有工作人员均参与教育培训，对各科室医院感染情况进行高风险评估后再进行监控，同时对抗菌药物使用情况进行不定期的检查，并对手卫生依从性进行检测[3]。……
